"2185 Sanibel Court" is located right in the heart of Myrtle Beach, making it the prime vacation rental location! This home is a short ride to many eateries, shopping and entertainment. The beach home neighbors so many attractions that are within a 10 min. drive of the property. The beach is also 2 blocks away which guests will appreciate!
This handsome beach home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, outdoor deck space, living room, full kitchen, full size appliances, full size washer and dryer, and enough linens to accommodate up to 8 guests!
There are 4 roomy bedrooms inside the home. They layouts are as follows!
Bedroom 1: This bedroom is located downstairs on the ground level and features a queen bed, window for natural light, a nightstand, closet for storage, wall mounted intelligent TV with streaming apps, and access to the private back patio.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom is located downstairs on the ground level and features a full size bed, window for natural lighting, a nighttime stand, closet and dresser for storage, wall mounted intelligent TV with streaming apps, and access to the private back patio.
Both of these rooms have access to the bathroom that is next to bedroom 2. This bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, mirror, and toilet!
Bedroom 3: This bedroom is located upstairs and features a full size bed, window for natural light, nighttime stand, dresser for storage, huge intelligent TV with streaming apps, and access to the bathroom just down the hall. This bathroom features a tub/ shower combo, one sink vanity, mirror, and toilet.
Bedroom 4. This bedroom is upstairs and features a queen size bed, nighttime stand, window for natural light, walk in closet and dresser for storage, intelligent TV with streaming apps, ceiling fan, and access to the ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a standing shower with sliding glass doors, vanity, mirror and toilet.
Living Room: Walking to the second floor at the top of the steps is the living room! This is a ideal area to relax and hang out. The living room is furnished a enormous sectional, a wall mounted intelligent TV with streaming apps, coffee table, ceiling fan, and access to the uncovered deck area!
Just off from the living space, guests will have access to a striking, entirely equipped kitchen and dining area. The kitchen offers full size appliances, refrigerator, stove, oven, mounted microwave, coffee maker, and plentiful cabinet space. We provide all cookware, silverware, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are multiple eateries within a short ride from the home. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very fashionable food delivery options. Guests will also appreciate a full size dining room table with enough seating to accommodate up to 6 guests! There is additional seating just behind the dining area at the bar area for 2 additional guests!
In the garage is a full size washer and dryer! Guests will adore the convenience of being able to do their laundry right in the rental home!
Pack light! We provide our guests with 8 towels, 8 washcloths, 1 hand towel, 1 bath mat, soap shampoo, lotion, and conditioner per bathroom. Linens, pillows, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay are supplied. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, and more!
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
