Margate Sur Mer is the ideal vacation destination for modest groups or extended families. At over 3,100 square feet, this broad ocean view 4 bedroom / 3 bath unit comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests. The entirely equipped kitchen, cavernous living room and 2 dining tables offers plenty of space to gather with family and friends or get away for a little relaxation on your own after a long day on the go.

The humongous wrap-around balcony is a great place to sit and relax and appreciate the gorgeous vistas.

Other amenities include a private balcony off the primary bedroom, corner jetted whirlpool tub in the en-suite bath, a full-size washer & dryer and so much more. With covered parking and a 24-hour concierge in the lobby, staying at the Margate is comfortable and convenient. Once you vacation here you'll want to return year after year!

Water amenities include a heated bi-level outdoor pool and a whirlpool.

We generally accept 7-nighttime reservations in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) Saturday to Saturday. Alternate check-in / check-out dates and/or shorter stays may be available upon request. 3-nighttime minimum Labor Day to Memorial Day.

The Margate Tower is close by some of the most trendy destinations: Barefoot Landing (3.82 miles), Broadway at the Beach (9.48 miles), and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk & SkyWheel (9.63 miles). The airport is conveniently located only 13.5 miles away.

  • To get the largest rental for your budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at Myrtle Beach restaurants, tours, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers often offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.
  • Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine upon checking in. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, visitor guides contain discounts for nearby accommodations, tours and attractions.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the property to make sure you've collected all personal items. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did you have a wonderful stay? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property manager was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise.
