There are no streets to cross or long walks carrying all your beach gear. Just step out of the building and onto a handsome beach.
Villa 214 has a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, living room, kitchen/dining area floor plan. It is equipped with three flat screen color cable intelligent TVs with DVD, central heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans in each room and outdoor patio furnishings. The location is fantastic! Our condo is centrally located to all major attractions. It's in the northern end of Myrtle Beach, less than 3 miles south of the Conway 22 East by-pass, so there's little to no bumper to bumper traffic on arrival.
Once you're there, you can savor not being directly in the hustle bustle of the beach traffic because it's on a dead-end street right on the ocean! There is a shopping area called the Straw Market within walking distance across the street, complete with sandwich shop, restaurant, shopping and ice cream parlor.
And South Carolina's biggest fishing pier is just a short walk up the beach! The Galleria shopping center is a few blocks away. And if you want to see the shows, play miniature golf, or visit the amusement parks, it's all within mins. of you.
Truly, it couldn't be more ideal.

Tips to get the perfect Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:
Sticking to your spending budget:
- The sooner you can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are reserved very early. Booking your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
- Summer is the most expensive season in coastal SC. Booking your vacation home in Fall or Spring is a great way to save on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
- Some property managers offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
- Property managers often offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.
- Many rental management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides that include special deals, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a partnership between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Filter your search:
- Choose a group leader, choose your trip dates, and choose a maximum budget.
- Note the number beds and the bed configuration your family requires. Spring\/Summer weeks\/weekends available. Right on the beach! has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Specific information about bedrooms and bed types is generally accessible on booking websites. If they are not listed, email or call the property owner before you book the vacation property. Note that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds. You'll need to determine what is suitable for your vacation family.
- Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your host before booking, and study your rental agreement! Extra fees or charges could be applied to your invoice.
- If there's a particular Myrtle Beach attraction you are enamored with, look for properties that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
More tips for your stay:
- Get the property manager's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your rental property. We recommend storing the host's information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Hosts are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask any questions during your stay.
- Lock your rental while you are away. Protect your property!
- Record any issues with the property upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the property manager. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that can be very helpful if a dispute is filed.
- Respect your neighbors. Often, adjacent homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking policies is the right thing to do.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
- When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to make sure you haven't forget any personal items. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Go through the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
- Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on great feedback to stimulate more bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your review find their best vacation home. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to solve it.
