There are no streets to cross or long walks carrying all your beach gear. Just step out of the building and onto a pretty beach.
Villa 214 has a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, living room, kitchen/dining area floor plan. It is equipped with three flat screen color cable intelligent TVs with DVD, central heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans in each room and outdoor patio furnishings. The kitchen is completely equipped with a smooth-surface range, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffeemaker, blender and microwave.
The location is fantastic! Our condo is centrally located to all major attractions. It's in the northern end of Myrtle Beach, less than 3 miles south of the Conway 22 East by-pass, so there's little to no bumper to bumper traffic on arrival.
Once you're there, you can savor not being directly in the hustle bustle of the beach traffic because it's on a dead-end street right on the ocean! There is a shopping area called the Straw Market within walking distance across the street, complete with sandwich shop, restaurant, shopping and ice cream parlor.
And South Carolina's biggest fishing pier is just a short walk up the beach! The Galleria shopping center is a few blocks away. And if you want to see the shows, play miniature golf, or visit the amusement parks, it's all within mins. of you.
Truly, it couldn't be more ideal.

Tips and Tricks to get the perfect Myrtle Beach vacation property experience:
Finding your perfect rental home:
- Summertime is the most expensive season in coastal SC. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring is a great way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
- Some property managers offer promotional rates for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family.
- Booking websites frequently offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for details.
- Many rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area travel guide magazines that include money-saving deals, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a relationship between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Finding the best rental in Myrtle Beach:
- Start by having your group select vacation dates and a maximum budget.
- Determine how many beds and the configuration your group needs. Fall weeks\/weekends available. Right on the beach! has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is almost always accessible online. If not, reach out to the property manager before reserving the vacation home. Remember that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which typically includes pull out couches in living rooms.
- If there's a specific Myrtle Beach beach you are enamored with, look for properties that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your desires.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before reserving a rental.
- If your group is traveling with pets, search for a pet-friendly vacation rental. Ask for details on breed, size, and type restrictions. Usually, property owners require additional pet deposits and fees.
Tips for your stay:
- Take a copy of the host's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental property. Put the host's information in your smartphone.
- To make certain that no damages are linked to your family's visit, record any problem areas upon your arrival. E-mail the rental manager right away to report your findings. If there is a dispute, having the recorded problems and contact attempts will be helpful.
- Property managers are there to help! Feel free to ask any questions during your stay.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay more pleasurable. You will enhance your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are a terrific source for finding the best local attractions.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Lock your vacation home while you're away. Protect your property!
- Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the property to confirm you've collected everything. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Go through the property a final time and look for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
- Did you have a wonderful stay? Many rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
