THIS TRAILER WITH ADDITION BEACH COTTAGE IS LOCATED (M-50) IN THE MIDDLE OF EVERYTHING...FOUR ROWS OF HOUSES FROM THE STORE..... WALK TO THE BEACH, THE STORE, THE POOLS, THE LAKE, THE SNACK BAR, THE NEW WATER PARK.....

New laminate floors in 2016. New Fridge, New Central Heat & Air, New 43" Flatscreen TV in the Den in 2018, Golf Car upgrade in 2020, New Washer & Dryer installed 12/2021.

The Master Bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath with a tub/shower combo and closet. There is a TV with DVD player in the master bedroom also.

The second bedroom has a full size bed. There is a new Flatscreen TV with DVD player in this bedroom. Nice view of the lake in front of the store from the bedroom window. There is another bathroom with a shower located adjacent to the kitchen/dining area.

The den offers a queen sleeper couch, loveseat, chair, and a 43" Flat Screen TV.

**GOLF CART: Must be 21 year old to drive golf car...Observance of Strict Ocean Lakes Rules required. (Charger is plugged in in the PM before departure for a full charge and in the AM the day of departure the charger is put in compartment(modest key locks it) below rear golf car seat and sand is washed off in readiness for next guest.

Gate/Car Pass fee required by Ocean Lakes is $15.00/day (O. L. offers $3.00 disc if paid 10 day prior to arrival) per car daily(not supplied in Rent)....OWNER mails an Annual Leaseholder Express Check-In Request Form upon final payment of rent to obtain your gate/ car pass (Please send ADDRESS at Booking in order to receive all paperwork needed for your stay).
