The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this second floor, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in The Fairways at River Oaks in Myrtle Beach, SC. This condo is conveniently located less than a mile off of highway 501 and highway 31 (the two main highways in the area) and within mins. of multiple award-winning golf courses! Our condo is less than a 10-min. drive to the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Top Golf, the beach, Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and many other tourist attractions. Guests will have access to a community pool, and hot tub!
As of Fall of 2024, this condo has undergone some awesome updates! For starters, the unit was repainted, the outdoor furnishings was replaced, all of the couches and chairs in the dining room were replaced! We are sure you're going to adore this refreshed rental, and we could not be more excited to share it with you!
Making your way through the apartment, guests will find a total of 3 bedrooms! The layouts are as follows.
Bedroom 1: This bedroom is considered the master and features a king-sized bed, dresser and walk in closet for storage, ceiling fan, work desk, flat screen TV, access to the private balcony, and access to the ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a standing shower with sliding glass doors, vanity with a huge mirror, and toilet.
Bedroom 2: This is considered one of the guest bedrooms and features one queen bed, a dresser and closet for storage, nightstands, and a window for natural light.
Bedroom 3: This is considered one of the guest bedrooms and features two twin beds, a nightstand between the beds, a window for natural light, and a closet for storage.
Down the hall, guests will find the second bathroom. This bathroom features a tub/shower combo with sliding glass doors, a vanity, mirror, and toilet.
Making your way through the condo, guests will find the entirely supplied kitchen. The kitchen features plentiful counter space, charming cabinetry, double-compartment sink, full size stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and mounted microwave. We also provide all basic kitchen necessities that include dishes, plates, cups, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, cooking silverware, and much more! For guests who prefer to dine out, there are multiple eateries within a short walk or ride of the Fairways. In addition, UberEats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very trendy food delivery options.
There is a washer and dryer located in the bathroom closet with shelving above. Guests will appreciate the convenience of being able to do their laundry in the comfort of the condo!
The living room and dining area are located just off from the kitchen. The living space is really one of the most calming areas of the entire apartment, and features two couches, two reclining armchairs, a sizable flat screen TV, side tables, coffee table, and access to the private balcony. This condo was newly updated with handsome new floor, a new refrigerator, and more! The dining area features a striking glass tabletop with enough seating to accommodate six.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic cable and Wi-Fi.
The Fairways at River Oaks community features a pool and a hottub! This apartment is a short drive to the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. Our guests appreciate the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking. Please note that this complex does not have an elevator! Guest's will be required to take 20 steps up to the second floor in order to access the unit.
