Prepare to be blown away! Check out this immaculate 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom suite located on the 9th floor of the Anderson Ocean Club. This direct oceanfront apartment is entirely furnished with 1 master bedroom featuring 1 king bed, a guest bedroom featuring 2 queen beds, and will comfortably accommodate 8 guests! The condo offers 2 full bathrooms, 2 upsized private balcony's, upsized kitchen, washer and dryer, countless vistas, and so much more!
As of February 2024, this condo has had some spectacular updates! We could not be more excited to share them with you. For starters all new floors were installed throughout! The unit was also freshly painted with warm and welcoming colors. In the living room a impressive fireplace was installed along with a new enormous flat screen TV. In the kitchen a new backsplash was installed giving a coastal feel. Guests will be blown away!
Upon entry, guests will walk into a hall. Down the hall guests will find the guest bedroom. This bedroom features 2 queen sized beds, a dresser for storage, TV, nightstand, window for natural light, and access to the guest bathroom. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo, sizable vanity, and huge mirror.
Centrally located in the condo, guests will find an upsized kitchen. Our guests will appreciate striking granite counter tops, dishwasher, stove, oven, wall mounted microwave, refrigerator, freezer, double compartment sink, coffee maker and plenty of storage space. The kitchen cabinets are completely supplied as we provide all cookware, silverware, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are numerous eateries within a short walk or ride from the Anderson Ocean Club. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very trendy food delivery options.
Making your way into the living room, our guests will be blown away by the beautiful vistas! The living area is really the most calming space of the entire condo! This space features a couch that converts to a sleeper couch, accent chair, end table, coffee table, TV and TV stand, dinning table that seats 4 guests, bar seating that will accommodate an additional 2 guests, and access to the private oceanfront balcony! Stepping out onto the balcony, this condo offers expansive, oceanfront view of the Atlantic. Many of our guests have spotted dolphins from the balcony, and multiple guests have sent us photos of the most magical sunset you can imagine.
Across from the living space is the master suite! This bedroom features a king size bed, nightstands, huge dresser for storage, large wall mounted TV, access to the second oceanfront balcony, and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, and mirror. Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee. Centrally located in the apartment, guests will access a utility closet that features a full-size, stackable laundry center. Guests appreciate the convenience of being able to wash their clothing right in the comfort of the vacation rental!
The Anderson Ocean Club offers some fantastic amenities, including indoor & outdoor pools, a lazy river, hot tub, exercise center, Starbucks, a full-service Spa, Tiki Bar, and the handsome Atlantic Ocean! Guests appreciate being able to walk to a number of dining and entertainment options within 2-3 mins. of the Anderson. Our guests really enjoy the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.
