Something about our building Arcadian II
We are a smaller high rise; yep only 6 condos per floor. No long waits for the elevator. No running down in the morning to save your lounge chairs at the pool. These issues are never a problem at our building as we have plenty of pool chairs and great elevators. Oh and no bad locations in this building as all are oceanfront.
Our rear door is only 25 yards to the beach! Enormous parking lot with spaces close to the entrance! Bellmen carts by the front door to help you get your bags in and out.
Arcadian shores section is right in between myrtle and north myrtle beach in unincorporated Horry County. Our address is in myrtle beach but a little distance from the hordes. If you like the hordes on occasion restaurant row is 2 mins.. Barefoot landing is a 5 min. drive and Broadway at the Beach about 15 mins..

Myrtle Beach rental booking tips and tricks:
When to go & When to book:
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier your group can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked early. Reserving your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
- To get the largest rental home within budget, we suggest booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
- Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.
- Look for your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine when you check-in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, visitor guide magazines contain money saving offers on nearby restaurants, attractions, and tours.
Use filters to search efficiently:
- First and foremost, have your family agree to vacation dates and a maximum budget.
- Decide how many beds and the configuration your group requires. Oceanfront_3 Br 2 Ba_Captivating Views_ Quiet and Friendly Building has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach vacation rental search.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is regularly accessible on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, call the property management company before booking your home. Note that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- Remember to include your furry companions! Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Ask your property manager before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional fees or costs might be applied to your agreement.
- If there's a specific Myrtle Beach beach you are crazy about, keep an eye out for homes that are either nearby, or those that cater to your requirements.
- Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. .
During your stay:
- Get the owner's phone number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, stereo or appliance. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief call prevents quite a few issues.
- Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are out, just like you would back home.
- To make certain damages aren't attributed to your stay, record any problem areas during check in. Get in touch with the rental manager right away to document any issues. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having the recorded concerns and contact attempts will be helpful.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You will enhance your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are often an incredible resource to find the best local beaches and restaurants.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Re-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at check-out. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Go through the rental one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- Did you have a excellent time? Many rental home management companies make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or host was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was amiss and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
