Something about our building Arcadian II
We are a smaller high rise; yep only 6 condos per floor. No long waits for the elevator. No running down in the morning to save your lounge chairs at the pool. These issues are never a problem at our building as we have plenty of pool chairs and great elevators. Oh and no bad locations in this building as all are oceanfront.
Our rear door is only 25 yards to the beach! Generous parking lot with spaces close to the entrance! Bellmen carts by the front door to help you get your suitcases in and out.
Arcadian shores section is right in between myrtle and north myrtle beach in unincorporated Horry County. Our address is in myrtle beach but a little distance from the hordes. If you like the hordes on occasion restaurant row is 2 mins.. Barefoot landing is a 5 min. drive and Broadway at the Beach about 15 mins..

Our top Myrtle Beach rental booking tips:
Getting the most from your rental home budget:
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early. Booking your vacation property six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
- Reserve your vacation home in Spring or Fall to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
- Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
- Booking websites often offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for specifics.
- Many rental management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guide magazines which often include coupons, either offered directly by local companies, or through a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Narrow your rental Search:
- Select a group leader, choose your trip dates, and select a budget.
- Decide how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your group needs. Oceanfront_3 Br 2 Ba_Captivating Views_ Quiet and Friendly Building has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rental home search.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts & types is often accessible on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, email or call the property owner before booking the vacation home. Note that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- Remember to include your furry companions! Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your host before booking, and study your rental agreement! Pet fees or charges applied to your agreement.
- Are you looking for specific amenities? Most rental websites include amenity lists and search filters. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before booking
Tips to have a fantastic stay:
- Add the property manager's phone number to your phone. Print and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
- Property managers are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask any questions during your stay.
- Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are out, just like you would back home.
- Upon arrival, document any damages to the property and immediately contact the owner. Record all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
- Respect your neighbors. Often, nearby homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting noise limits and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Just before checking out, take a walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and look for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
- Did you have a wonderful vacation? Most rental home management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or host was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
