Prepare to be blown away! Check out this immaculate 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom suite located on the 9th floor of the Carolinian Beach Resort. This direct oceanfront apartment is completely furnished with 1 master bedroom featuring 1 king bed, multiple sleeper couches, and will comfortably accommodate 4-5 guests! The condo offers 1 full bathroom, an upsized private balcony, upsized kitchen, washer and dryer, countless vistas, and so much more!
As of Spring 2023 this vacation rental has been completely refreshed and features some really extravagant updates. We couldn't be more excited to share them with you! To start, all carpeting was removed and LVP floor was installed throughout. New baseboards were installed and the entire unit was repainted with modern and welcoming colors! Guests will savor multiple rock walls with LED fireplaces, and new flat screen TV's that sit directly above. Guests will also appreciate the newly installed arcade game and board games as of Winter 2023!
In the bedroom, guests will be pleased to find the upsized living space. The bedroom has been finished remodeled and features the most amazing updates. Upon entering the bedroom, guests will be surprised to find an Alaskan stone wall that features a constructed-in, color changing, LED fireplace. Unwind on bed after a long day at the beach and savor a colorful fireplace backdrop! Directly above the fireplace, guests will appreciate a newly installed intelligent TV. The bedroom features a brand new king-size bed frame, bed, and headboard. A bespoke surfboard and other accents have been installed as well! Guests will have access to bedside nightstands and lamps, along with a roomy closet for storage. Beside the bed, a brand new adore seat was installed. The appreciate seat converts to a twin-size sleeper couch and is ideal for an additional guest. Guests will enjoy natural light from the bedroom window!
The full size bathroom is located just off from the bedroom. This space can be accessed from both the hallway, as well as the bedroom. The bathroom features a vanity and mirror, toilet, upsized tub, shower, and more. Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Centrally located in the condo, guests will find an upsized kitchen that features some impressive updates. To start, a bespoke, colorful backsplash was installed; super fun and unique! A new stainless steel appliance package was installed, and all appliances are brand new as of March 2023. Our guests will enjoy charming granite counter tops, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and plenty of storage space. The new, white cabinets complement the modern colors in the kitchen tremendously. The kitchen cabinets are entirely outfitted as we provide all cookware, silverware, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are multiple eateries within a short walk or ride from the Carolinian Resort. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very fashionable food delivery options. Other kitchen features include a new light fixture, Keurig, and more!
Making our way into the living room, our guests will be blown away by the gorgeous vistas! The living area is really the most calming space of the entire condo! Our guests will enjoy a brand new, queen-size sleeper couch and accent chair. New lamps, end tables, and coffee table has been installed! One of the focal points of the living room is the upsized stone fireplace wall that features a 60 inch, LED color-changing fireplace! Yes, you read that correct! This condo features two pretty Alaskan stone walls and LED fireplaces. A new intelligent TV is mounted above the fireplace. Just beside the fireplace, a enormous dining table and stools are installed. For additional seating, guests will have access to a couple of bar stools at the kitchen counter. Just behind the dining table guests will find the freshly installed arcade game and board games to enjoy! The striking decor and color scheme really help tie this room together! Stepping out onto the balcony, this condo offers expansive, oceanfront view of the Atlantic. Many of our guests have spotted dolphins from the balcony, and numerous guests have sent us photos of the most magical sunset you can imagine. As of 2023, brand new balcony chairs have been installed.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. Additionally, we have freshly lowered our cleaning fee. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee. Centrally located in the apartment, guests will access a utility closet that features a full-size, stackable laundry center. Guests appreciate the convenience of being able to wash their clothing right in the comfort of the vacation rental!
The Carolinian is a 21 story resort located on the 26th block of Ocean Blvd; a ideal location! Guests appreciate being able to walk to a number of dining and entertainment options within 2-3 mins. of the Carolinian. Our guests really enjoy the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.
