Located on the 4th floor, this ocean view gem is the ideal spot to relax and soak in the impressive coastal scenery. The condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, offering both style and convenience for your stay.
As of January 2025, we've finished some really impressive upgrades that we're eager to share with you. The main living area now features brand-new luxury LVP floor, and we've added fresh furnishings and décor throughout. For your entertainment, we've upgraded with new intelligent TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. Plus, we've added a comfortable electric fireplace in the living room—a ideal spot to curl up by the fire while appreciating expansive vistas of the shining ocean.
Upon arrival, you'll step into the open and welcoming kitchen and living area. One of the best features of this condo is the thoughtful layout—unlike many other 2-bedroom units, you won't have to walk through a bedroom to enter or exit. To your right, you'll find the first bedroom and one of the two bathrooms. The bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, a dresser, and a new 40-inch intelligent TV. It also offers direct access to the private ocean view balcony, where you can relax and savor the sights and sounds of the beach.
Across the hall from this bedroom is the first full bathroom, handsomely refreshed with a modern shower, vanity with a sink, and a new mirror. It's fresh, clean, and ideal for your convenience.
The heart of this condo is the roomy living room—an inviting space to relax and take in countless northern ocean vistas. Perched on the 4th floor, the vistas are simply spectacular—not too high, not too low, just the ideal vantage point for watching the waves roll in. The living room features a dining area, queen-sized sleeper couch, accent chairs, and end tables. A brand-new 50-inch intelligent TV is also included for your entertainment. The electric fireplace adds a cozy ambiance, and from here, you can step out onto the ocean view balcony, which has been outfitted with new outdoor seating, ideal for enjoying the breeze and vistas.
The kitchen is just off the living area, and it's equipped with everything you need for a anxiety-complimentary stay. The kitchen features full-size appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker. The countertops are bespoke granite, complementing the cabinetry and appliances delightfully. We've outfitted the kitchen with all the essential cookware, silverware, pots, pans, cutlery, glassware, dishes, and more, so you can prepare and dine at your leisure.
Continuing past the kitchen, you'll find the second bedroom, offering a queen-sized bed, dresser, new 40-inch intelligent TV, nightstand, and closet space for your belongings. This room also has access to the private ocean view balcony. It features an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination, a sleek vanity with a sink, and a mirror.
We've thought of everything to make your stay as cozy as possible, so you can pack light! We provide bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and all the essentials you'll need for a calming stay. Additionally, we supply "starter toiletries," including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, to make your arrival smooth and simple.

How to book the best rental home experience:
Get the best rental home value:
- Summer months are high season in Myrtle Beach. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties.
- The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
- Property management companies typically offer renters an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for additional information.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great information, visitors guide magazines contain coupons for nearby accommodations, tours and attractions.
Use filters to search efficiently:
- Select a designated group leader, choose your vacation week, and select a maximum budget.
- Decide how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. Updated Ocean View 2 Bedroom Condo-With Fireplace and more! Palace 408 has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rental home search.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is often available online. Otherwise, call the host before you book the property. Remember that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You will need to determine what configuration is right for your vacation family.
- Visiting for a specific attraction? Try a map search to browse nearby properties.
- Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before booking
- If your family is vacationing with pets, you must book a property that allows animals. Request specifics on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Often, property owners charge pet deposits and fees.
More considerations for your visit:
- Store the manager's contact information in your smartphone.
- Make a record of any issues with the rental upon arrival, and immediately send them to the owner. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be beneficial if there is a dispute.
- Property managers are there to help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Be a good neighbor. Often, surrounding homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking rules is the right thing to do.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
- Lock your rental home while you are away. Protect your property!
- Re-check the rental property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did your family have a wonderful vacation? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
