Perched on the 4th floor, the vistas are simply spectacular—not too high, not too low, just the ideal vantage point for watching the waves roll in. The living room features a dining area, queen-sized sleeper couch, accent chairs, and end tables. A brand-new 50-inch intelligent TV is also supplied for your entertainment. The electric fireplace adds a cozy ambiance, and from here, you can step out onto the ocean view balcony, which has been outfitted with new outdoor seating, ideal for enjoying the breeze and vistas.
The kitchen is just off the living area, and it's equipped with everything you need for a anxiety-complimentary stay. The kitchen features full-size appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker. The countertops are bespoke granite, complementing the cabinetry and appliances elegantly. Tips and Tricks to get the perfect vacation rental experience:
Getting the most from your rental home budget:
- Summer months are high season in Myrtle Beach. Book your rental property in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
- The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early. Reserving your vacation property six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your group qualifies for a special rate.
- Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
- Many rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guide magazines which often include money-saving deals, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a partnership between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Narrow your Search:
- First, have your group agree to a vacation week and a maximum budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and the bed configuration your group requires. Updated Ocean View 2 Bedroom Condo-With Fireplace and more! Palace 408 has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Specific information about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is usually available online. If they are not listed, reach out to the host before you reserve the vacation home. Remember that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- Looking for unique amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters for amenities. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
- Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before booking.
- Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Ask your host before booking, and study your rental agreement! Pet fees or costs could be applied to your invoice.
Have a fantastic stay:
- Get the owner's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your rental home.
- To ensure that damages aren't attributed to your family's stay, inspect the property for any problem areas during check in. E-mail the rental manager immediately to report your findings. If there is a dispute, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be valuable.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, elevator or kitchen appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent many difficulties.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will magnify your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are usually an incredible resource to find the best local beaches and hangouts.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Lock your rental while you are out. Protect your property!
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all belongings. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and look for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition.
- Did you have a excellent time? Many rental home management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
