RENOVATED IN 2022. NO GOLF CART NEEDED! May until October is Saturday to Saturday units only. Wonderful remodeled oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath smoke complimentary condo JUST STEPS TO THE BEACH. NO PARKING LOTS OR STREETS TO CROSS.

Exceptional balcony vistas of the refreshed pool, grassy play area, the ocean, and the humongous brick BBQ grilles/picnic area. Located without question in the safest, most family friendly, and beautiful section in the Myrtle Beach region. The 'A Place At The Beach VI' OCEANFRONT complex is in the much sought after Shore Drive sector just a 5 min. drive to quality eateries and countless shopping.
Take a moonlight walk to the east coast's longest fishing pier or to live entertainment just across the street. Don't forget about the trendy Ocean Annie's beachfront entertainment that's a short sandy walk away but far enough that you won't have to hear their patrons sing along! We also have a huge Irish restaurant, pizza parlor, arcade, and convenience store within walking distance. A 3 min. drive to golf, 5 mins. to Wal-Mart, Bass Pro Shop, an indoor mall, and Tanger Outlets. The condo has been well maintained with new floors a full sized couch bed and a breakfast bar with barstools adjacent to the kitchen table. It comfortably sleeps 6 people. One bathroom off the living room and another full bath off the master bedroom. 2 TVs and a DVD player. Free WI-FI throughout the grounds so you can telecommute while poolside.


For the active, make the short walk to the lagoon area for some crabbing or kayaking up through the Marsh that approaches the famed Dunes Country Club and Golf Course.

Smoking, trailers, motorbikes, boats, and RVs are prohibited. Weeks are first come first served with the date of the security deposit arrival taking priority. Weeks are from Saturday to Saturday. Partial weeks must check out on Saturday. Check in is 4 pm and check out is by 10 am on the following Saturday. Linen service not available. Guests must be 24 years or older with a valid ID or drivers license.
