If you appreciate a view, this one's for you!
Visit Turtles in Myrtle to get away from the craziness of life with a ideal family beach vacation at Myrtle Beach Resort, the resort with nearly too many amenities to list! Myrtle Beach Resort is a gated oceanfront resort on 33 elegant acres. Appreciate our sizable sandy beach directly on the shining Atlantic Ocean, a waterpark ideal for kids with a 375-foot lazy river and a splash pad area, four outdoor pools, two indoor pools, four hot tubs, steam rooms, saunas, lighted tennis courts, pickleball, a basketball court, beach volleyball, and a playground area. The Quarter Deck beach bar and restaurant has great food and drinks, as well as nightly entertainment.
The wildlife viewing at Myrtle Beach Resort is the best on the Grandiose Strand! The grounds are full of wildlife sanctuary ponds with walkways directly over. The ponds between the buildings and ocean are full of turtles and fish, and we often appreciate visits from handsome cranes. The pond in front of the tower is always alive with ducks, swans, geese, and turtles. It’s a really special experience walking the grounds of Myrtle Beach Resort.
***NOTE***
Ground level construction is taking place through May 2025.
What this means for you:
- You will still have access to the beach, the Quarterdeck, and all open amenities.
- Only the front doors are able to be used to enter and exit the building
- One of the outdoor pools, one of the spas, and the volleyball area will be closed.
- The Galley pizza and mini store will be closed.
We are 19 stories up, so ground level construction sounds should be minimized by that.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS for this property:
Has COVID affected access to amenities? Not at this time. The beach, pools, and water amenities are open! Area eateries are open for indoor seating, outdoor seating, delivery, and take-out.
Are pools open year round? All indoor pools and hot tubs are open year round barring maintenance needs. Some outdoor pools on the resort are open year round while some outdoor pools and the lazy river close for the winter and reopen in the spring. Please message us for exact open and closing dates and for more information if needed.
Are beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, or infant furnishings supplied? We can connect you with local partners to rent beach chairs/umbrella/beach towel/infant furnishings units, which can be delivered prior to your arrival. Message us for more information.
Do we have to bring bath towels and linens or rent them at an additional cost? No way! Bath towels and linens are supplied, and your departure cleaning fee includes laundering of those items.
Is parking supplied? The resort will collect a parking fee of $5 per car per day. For stays longer than 10 days, the parking fee will be $50 per month per car. This fee is administered by and goes directly to the resort (not your host/ condo owner). This fee is collected at the time of your arrival at the gate and is payable by credit or debit card only. It cannot be prepaid. Your parking pass will be included by security upon payment of this fee. We are allowed up to two cars per stay for our unit by the HOA.
Do I have to make the beds/do the laundry? No, you are on vacation! Our professional cleaning and sanitation team will take care of that for you. The only things we ask before leaving are to remove trash and food from the unit and to load the dishwasher with the dirty dishes. These requests help us keep unwanted guests, like bugs and rodents, far away!
Do you allow family pets? Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws. Emotional support animals must be preapproved by the condo association before arrival.
Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony? NO. Smoking is stringently forbidden in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke, we will hold your entire security deposit to cover the cost. Myrtle Beach Resort accepts smoking in the smoking area to the right of the tower entrance.
Are there pots/pans/dishes? Yes, the kitchen is equipped with all of the basic items needed for cooking/eating.
Do you provide food, condiments, coffee filters, etc.? No, this is a self-catering unit, and you will need to provide all food.

Our top Myrtle Beach vacation rental booking tips and tricks:
Getting the most from your spending budget:
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of SC. Book your Myrtle Beach rental in the Spring or Fall to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
- Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a discount.
- Property managers often offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for specifics.
- Look for your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, visitors guides have discounts for nearby shops and restaurants.
Narrow your Search:
- Select a designated group leader, choose your vacation dates, and select a budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and the bed configuration you need. Stunning View Direct Oceanfront Clean 2BR-Indoor\/Outdoor Pools and Lazy River has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is often accessible on booking websites. If they are not listed, call the property manager before booking the vacation home. Note that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds. You'll need to determine what is best for your vacation group.
- Does your group require specific amenities? Most rental websites include amenity lists and search filters. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find the perfect rental home.
- Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
- Traveling with pets? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your agreement! Extra fees or charges may be applied to your agreement.
Know before you go:
- Take a copy of the property manager's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental. We recommend storing the host's contact information in your smartphone.
- To ensure that damages are not attributed to your family's stay, make note of any problem areas upon check in. text the rental manager immediately to document any issues. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be helpful.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, stereo or appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents lots of difficulties.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful vacationers disrupting your home life. Use the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and attractions you would have not otherwise known!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Ensure you protect the owner (and your things!) by locking the property while you are away, just like you would back home.
- Double-check every room of the property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
- Did you have a fantastic vacation? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
