Summary:
Ground floor, Spectacular, Warm and comfortable condo. Very bright and full of light. located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, constructed around the Myrtlewood Golf Club ground, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions. Kitchen is entirely equipped with all basics (condiments are not included)
*Condo sleeps up to 4 guests.
*PET OWNERS: Only completely trained family pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.

The Space:
1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Very cozy condo. Bedroom with 1 King bed and 1 pullout couch in the living room. Washer and dryer available in the unit.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not supplied) . Dining area open to living room.
Sheets and linens supplied.
*Free WiFi and cable TV.
*Family Animals are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are supplied for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with pool fob and wristbands (4 wristbands are placed in the kitchen drawer) (pool is seasonal)
all 4 Pool wristbands and pool fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool key)
*Parking is complimentary.
* motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises.

Other Things to Note:
*Charging electrical cars is not allowed.
*4 Pool wristbands and pool fob are counted after each stay. (pool closes on September 1st)

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furnishings and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furnishings, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper supplied, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are supplied (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in Myrtle Beach. To get the best rental home within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group.
  • Property managers typically offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses.
