The beach is calling and I must go…The ideal couple or family hideaway is just a click away. Wonderful memories are sure to be made here. Our one-bedroom, ocean-view condo, sleeps 5! You will surely feel right at home with all the amenities, yet know you are on vacation with the sound/sights of the ocean waves! Unwind, relax and feel your anxiety fade away....
The resort has 5 pools and 3 jacuzzis, a sauna and a modest lazy river (at villas across street)
Our resort has a tiki bar (open seasonally), an onsite brand new Italian restaurant "Dilisi's" (lunch and dinner), and a workout room in the building..... spectacular perks!
The resort has 3 buildings. Our condo is located in the main building on the 8th floor. This is more on the side of a boutique-style resort vs a mega-resort. We have a secured building, no one can enter unless you have a code (which you will receive 48 hours before your arrival date). We have 24-7 security staff if you should need them. Our condo is supplied with linens, towels, beach chairs, beach gear, a full kitchen, coffee "starter pack of K-cups" for the first 1-2 days of your stay. You will find a Keurig and regular coffee pot in the kitchen (bring your own creamer!)
You will find a VERY comfortable KING bed in the master. A queen pull-out couch in the living room and an ottoman that opens up to a single cot. It is only for modest kid. Would not recommend for an adult. Two HD T.V.'s with cable and complimentary WIFI.
We are walking distance/golf cart ride/bicycle ride away to eateries/stores including: Angus Steakhouse, Damons, The Pancake House, ziplining/kids adventure land, Dairy Queen, Walmart, surf stores, ice cream stores, put-put, and more! The resort is a 5-10 min. drive to the airport. Our condo is less than 2 miles from "The Market Common" and Myrtle Beach State Park. We are a little over a mile to "Family Kingdom" where all the big action is happening. We appreciate this location best because it is close enough to walk/bicycle/golf cart/uber to anything your heart desires, yet you come home to our little slice of Heaven:) We are grateful to have you and hope you have an striking experience at our home away from home!

Our top Myrtle Beach vacation rental booking tips and tricks:
When to book & When to go:
- June, July, and August are high season in the Myrtle Beach area. Reserve your rental in Fall or Spring months to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
- Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
- Property management companies frequently offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide upon checking in. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local information, visitor guides contain money saving offers on local accommodations and attractions.
Filter your rental search:
- Select dates and max budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and the configuration your family requires. The Beach is calling and I must go!...KING\/OCEAN VIEW\/SLEEPS 5!! has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Specific details about bedrooms and bed counts is usually available on booking websites. Otherwise, call the property management company before booking the rental. Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes pull out couches in living rooms.
- Are you visiting for a single event? Use a map search to locate nearby properties.
- Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before reserving a rental.
- Traveling with pets? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Additional pet fees or could be applied to your contract.
Additional considerations:
- Be sure you get the property manager's phone number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental home.
- Document any issues with the property during check in, and immediately contact the property manager. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are beneficial if a dispute arises.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, intercom or thermostat. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents quite a few problems.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like troublesome vacationers disrupting your peace and quiet. Practice the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great local food and places you would've not otherwise known about!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Lock your rental property while you are gone! Don't let crooks ruin your family vacation.
- Just prior to departing, complete a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget any personal items. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- After your trip, leave a review! Hosts rely on great reviews to drive new reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
