As of February 2024, this condo has been completely refreshed and features some really extravagant updates. We could not be more excited to share them with you. To start, all carpeting was removed and replaced with new vinyl plank floor throughout. The entire unit was repainted with warm and welcoming colors. In the kitchen, brand new white cabinets were installed and supplied with all basic cookware and kitchen necessities. A striking new countertop was installed along with a tile backsplash. Guests will savor a new couch, as well as a new sizable flatscreen TV.

Entering into the living area, guests will find the most calming part of the entire condo! This floor plan is open and roomy and features countless vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. The 8th floor offers such great vistas; not too high, not too low! The living room offers a queen size bed, a couch that converts to a bed, a coffee table, a new enormous wall mounted TV, a table with chairs, and access to the ocean view balcony.

The kitchen area is also located just off from the living area. The kitchen features full-size appliances, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, plentiful cabinet space for storage, kitchen sink, and so much more. Cooking a meal or snack will not be a problem. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of dining options, many of which are within a short walk or drive from the Palace Resort. Many eateries in the area offer delivery, but if not, guests can rely on food delivery options like Uber Eats and DoorDash.

Throughout the condo, guests will appreciate new tile floors, new paint, new furnishings, and beachy décor as of February 2024! The homeowners spared no expense. The glass windows and sliding glass door in the living area really allow for the most beautiful vistas.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.

Tips to get the perfect Myrtle Beach rental home experience:

Getting the most from your budget:

  • The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation rental six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
  • Summertime is the most expensive season in Myrtle Beach. To get the largest rental home for your budget, we recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers often offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
  • Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine when you check-in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local stories, travel guide magazines contain discounts for nearby accommodations, restaurants and tours.

How to choose the perfect vacation rental in Myrtle Beach:

  • Select a group leader, select your dates, and select a budget.
  • Decide how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. Recently Renovated Queen Suite-Stunning Views! Palace 805 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
  • Specific information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is commonly accessible online. If they are not listed, email or call the host before booking your home. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds.
  • If your family is vacationing with pets, you will need a pet-friendly vacation rental. Make sure to ask for details on breed, size, and type restrictions. Some property owners charge pet deposits and fees.
  • Does your group require particular amenities? Most websites include search filters with amenity lists. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before reserving a rental.

More considerations for your visit:

  • Take a copy of the property manager's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your rental home.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, elevator or appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief call prevents a lot of problems.
  • Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • During check-in, make note of any damages to the property and immediately contact the owner. Keep records of all coorespondence.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant visitors disrupting your peace. Use the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and attractions you would have never otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Upon check-out, complete a final walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on good reviews to stimulate more reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to fix it.
