The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this first floor, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment at The Fairways at River Oaks in Myrtle Beach, SC. This condo is located less than a mile off of Highway 501 and Highway 31 (the two main highways in the area) and within only a few mins. of multiple award-winning golf courses! Our condo is less than a 10-min. drive to the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Top Golf, the beach, Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and many other tourist attractions. Not to mention, our guests will also have access to a community pool, and hot tub!
As of 2024 this condo has been completely refreshed and we could not be more excited to share with you! For starters, the entire unit was completely repainted with warm and welcoming colors. All new furnishings and decor were placed throughout as well! In the living room a striking shiplap accent wall was created which features an LED fireplace. Guests will adore sitting on the couch calming by the fireplace!
This homeowner really spared no expense! The kitchen was completely redone and features all new stainless-steel appliances, new cabinetry, a new bespoke tile backsplash that goes all the way to the ceiling, and a gorgeous butcher block countertop. In the bathroom new cabinets were installed, along with new counter tops with a new modern sink! All new matte black fixtures were installed as well! The bathroom also features a new mirror, and floating shelves for additional storage. We guarantee you are going to appreciate it!
As you enter into the apartment you will find the kitchen area to the right of the door! The kitchen features plentiful counter space on the impressive butcher block counter tops, beautiful cabinetry, double-compartment sink, full size stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and mounted microwave. There is a bar area off the kitchen which features 4 chairs for guests to sit and eat! We also provide all basic kitchen necessities that include dishes, plates, cups, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, cooking silverware, and much more! For guests who prefer to dine out, there are multiple eateries within a short drive of the Fairways. In addition, UberEats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very fashionable food delivery options.
There is a stackable washer and dryer located in the kitchen closet. Guests will adore the convenience of being able to do their laundry in the comfort of the condo!
The living room is located just off the kitchen area. This space is really one of the most relaxing areas in the entire apartment and features a new couch that converts to a queen-sized bed, accent chair, a sizable flat screen TV, side table, coffee table, a modest table and chairs, and access to the private back porch area!
Across from the living area is the bedroom. The bedroom features a new queen-sized bed, a dresser and closet for storage, wall mounted flat screen TV, access to the private back porch area, and access to the bathroom located just down the hall. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, huge mirror, and toilet.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to appreciate your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
The Fairways at River Oaks community features a pool and a hottub! This apartment is a short drive to the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. Our guests appreciate the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking.
