This 10th floor unit is the ideal setting for “people watching”, on the beach and in the hot tubs and pool below. In addition, this location is the ideal place to experience some of the most spectacular sunrises and moon rises over the charming Atlantic Ocean. Because of the unique design of this 10th floor, corner unit with 3 sizable connecting side windows and the sliding glass door, guests can experience both North and East, sights and sounds of the waves crashing on the beach! Take in the view of the North portion of the beach as far as the 2nd Avenue Pier and beyond. (Who knows, it might just be a destination for your beach walk to appreciate dinner or a drink!!)
