• Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
• Camera is located in the ring doorbell, facing away from the inside of the apartment. It does not record 24/7. It is only motion activated and will record audio/visual once there is movement. It will stop recording when movement has stopped. Camera is not reviewed or monitored unless there is an emergency or damage to review. Our lives are very busy, therefore we have zero interest in watching you on camera.
• Our condo is located in a lively neighborhood with families close by and in other units of the building. You may occasionally hear noise including kids playing, throughout the day. The neighborhood does have a strict NO NOISE policy after 10pm.
• Please note that profiles with bad reviews will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

• Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
• This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $1000. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.
