This north-end Myrtle Beach haven is conveniently located just across the street from Barefoot Landing and is only 200 yards from the beach and offers a wealth of amenities: 6 outdoor pools, an indoor pool and hot tub, tennis courts, beach access with a complimentary shuttle service (in season), complimentary parking, and so much more!
Our freshly upgraded condo is located in Lodge 2, located in a relaxing and spectacular shaded area.
Cavernous and ideal for a family or group of up to 6 people, it features a plush king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a second room with 2 double beds, and a second full-size bathroom.
The generous living room offers comfortable, a TV with Roku streaming, new black-out curtains, and a sliding glass door that opens to a screened-in porch shaded by handsome oak trees--ideal for savoring your morning coffee or calming with a beverage.

A few things to note:
-We highly recommend that guests obtain travel insurance to protect all travel plans, including your Vacation Rental By Owner stay, in case unforeseen circumstances arise and disrupt your trip.
EXTRAS supplied for your reservation:
-All bed linens are supplied for beds.
-Bath towel set per person included: 1 bath towel, 1 washcloth and 2 hand towels in each bathroom. We supply beach towels.
-We supply a starter of shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
-Basic amenities starter pack: 1 roll of kitchen paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 kitchen garbage bags, dish soap, a sponge, hand soap, and some laundry detergent to get you started. If you need more for a longer stay, you will be able to find everything you need at the local grocery a few mins. from the condo.
-Portable pack’n play with bed.
-A few beach chairs and beach towels available for you to use.
-Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
-Camera is located in the ring doorbell, facing away from the inside of the apartment. It does not record 24/7. It is only motion activated and will record audio/visual once there is movement. It will stop recording when movement has stopped. Camera is not reviewed or monitored unless there is an emergency or damage to review. Our lives are very busy, therefore we have zero interest in watching you on camera.
-Our condo is located in a lively neighborhood with families close by and in other units of the building. You may occasionally hear noise including kids playing, throughout the day. The neighborhood does have a strict NO NOISE policy after 10pm.
-Please note that profiles with bad reviews will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

-No late check-out or early check-in without 24 hours written consent notice. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
-Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
-This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $1000. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.
