NOTE: Sand Dunes North Tower Roof Replacement Project will be from February 6 - March 1, 2025. Resort will have some road or walkways closures around the property. They will be onsite Monday-Friday anywhere from 7:30am-6:00pm and potentially on some weekends. Please be aware that there will be noise during the day while resort is working on this project.

A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the areas trendy attractions, eateries, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

Abundant amenities await you at this beachfront resort. Features include both indoor and outdoor whirlpools, lazy river, roomy pool deck, and social areas. 1. Please be aware that this condo does not include access to the waterpark and its associated lazy river located behind the parking deck. Additionally, the Game Room / Family Funzone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort.

Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is in a rural area and on the beach. Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore North Myrtle Beach Beaches and Myrtle Beach State Park. SkyWheel Myrtle Beach and Ripley's Aquarium are not to be missed. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
