Welcome to Good Time Charlie’s Retreat at The Palace Resort, located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, SC. This 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo with completely supplied kitchen on 4th floor sleeps 4-5 people.

This condo features ocean vistas from the private balcony which can be accessed from the living room or bedroom. You will savor the striking on-site amenities that include two oceanfront outdoor pools, indoor & outdoor whirlpool hot tubs, sauna, steam room, arcade, putting green, and so much more!

CONDO DETAILS:
Ocean view balcony with access from both living room and bedroom. Waterproof, vinyl plank floor throughout the condo.

BEDROOM has queen bed with memory foam bed, new linens, TV, closet, dresser, full-length closet mirror, and access to balcony. In the closet, you will find additional pillows and blankets, iron & ironing board, box fan, and hangers.

LIVING ROOM has new queen pullout couch with Visco memory foam bed, enormous 65" Intelligent TV, and additional seating that could be used for a 5th person or kid. Board games, card games, and books are available in the end tables.

KITCHEN has stainless steel full-sized appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range, & microwave), and features Keurig coffee maker, toaster, stainless steel sink, and granite countertops. It is entirely outfitted with kitchenware, cookware, plates, cups, silverware, etc. One roll of paper towels and dish soap are supplied. We also leave a starter set of K-cups, packets of sugar/Splenda, individual creamers, and water bottles (in the refrigerator). Breakfast bar with bar stools, plus modest bistro dining table for additional seating.

BATHROOM has tub/shower combo with new toilet, vanity with sink and lighted LED faucet. Two towels, hand towels, and wash cloths supplied per person. If you need additional towels, please bring extras, or utilize the laundry facility as there is no maid service during your stay. We also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. Hair dryer is available also.

WiFi Supplied. Animals are not allowed per HOA rules. (Service animals are not considered family pets when required to perform a specific duty for the owner.)

Oceanfront Palace Resort is in the heart of Myrtle Beach - close to shopping, eateries, Family Kingdom, many golf courses, and the beach is only steps away! Onsite amenities include indoor and outdoor hot tubs, two oceanfront outdoor pools, exercise room, sauna, steam room, putting green, restaurant/lounge (seasonal), and more. Resort is less than 2 miles from the Myrtle Beach International Airport and 3 miles from the Coastal Grandiose Mall.

GUEST LAUNDRY FACILITIES: Coin-operated on-site guest laundry rooms are located on every other floor.

PUTTING GREEN: Located next to the pools and whirlpools, on-site putting greens gives golfers a chance to practice their game while still appreciating the oceanfront view!

THE PALACE RESTAURANT & LOUNGE: Open seasonally. Oceanfront restaurant has a light dining menu, and the Parlor offers an array of beach-themed beverages, blended options, and non-alcoholic drinks.

*Please note that sometimes the pools and other amenities could be closed for repair and maintenance, especially in off-season months since they try to use these off-season times to do yearly updates. We can't control these dates and times and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
