CALENDAR
The resort has priority with the calendar, so we only put up nights for instant booking that we have pre-reserved. Per the resort rules, any unbooked inventory is to be turned back into them 61 days prior to check-in, so if you are considering a booking, it may be pulled from instant booking 60 days out from check-in. Feel complimentary to ask about availability for ANY dates up to a year in advance, things change constantly.
Please note that rooms are assigned at check-in. The resort takes requests but will not guarantee them, though they do everything they can to comply, and owner requests are given priority. The further out from the booking is to the stay, the more likely they will be to comply. .Requests guests make are for a bottom or second floor, an accessible unit, to be near the pool or away from it, or to be near another unit. The premium one bedroom units and the two bedroom units can be “connected” to the standard one bedroom units by way of a shared hallway, but the sooner one requests the better chance of having that request met. If you are a Bonvoy member, you will probably be able to add your number to the reservation after check-in.
REFUNDS
We have an official “no refunds” policy. We’ve been able to work out our few cancellations without keeping anyone’s money - something we aren’t keen to do. Cancellations at 60 days put us in a tight spot. As long as the unit ends up renting out, then we will issue a refund. It’s always worked out so far. Some travel cards offer trip insurance. Vacation Rental By Owner does offer trip insurance and it can be independently purchased as well.

Book early; this fills fast. The resort is 1 big block (around 1/2 mile) from Broadway at the beach so we go there every nighttime. The teenagers even walk there. We take our bicycles and go bicycle riding every year. Myrtle Beach is a fun place to ride. The beach is 3 blocks. We always go down to A1A and make a left and look for the public access signs. Framed by towering pine trees, Sheraton Broadway Pltn gives a feeling of seclusion. Yet you're right in the heart of all the action - just across the street from famed Broadway at the Beach and roughly one mile from the ocean. Myrtle Beach offers a diverse array of activities for the whole family. Explore unspoiled beaches, amusement parks, water parks, state parks and museums. Tee-up on world-class golf courses, go fishing or sailing. Take in top-notch entertainment in the many dinner theaters. And of course, you'll want to make time for some serious shopping.
You are in the heart of Myrtle Beach. The choices are nearly countless. My personal tip: Try Rios Brazilian Steakhouse. It's impressive. My friends tell me that Gauchos is also very good but STAY AWAY from Charcoals (connected to Kansas City Prime) it was one of the worst vacation experiences we've ever had. Please see photos.

Tricks and tips to get the perfect Myrtle Beach rental home experience:
Finding your best deal:
- The sooner you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are booked very early. Reserving your rental home up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
- Summer months are the most expensive season in the Myrtle Beach area. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is a good way to save on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
- Booking websites typically offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
- Many property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides which often include coupons, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a relationship between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Use filters to narrow your search:
- Select a designated group leader, select your vacation dates, and choose a max budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group requires. Walk to Broadway! 1Br\/Ba Sleep\/4@ Gorgeous Sheraton Broadway RESORT Myrtle Beach has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is usually available on booking websites. If not, contact the property manager before you reserve the vacation property. Note that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which often includes pull out couches in living rooms. You'll need to determine what is optimal for your trip.
- Traveling with pets? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your agreement! Extra fees or applied to your contract.
- Looking for special amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters with amenity lists. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
- Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Remember to confirm all required amenities are available before booking
Know before you go:
- Add the host's phone number to your smartphone. Print and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, A/V setup or kitchen appliance. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents a lot of issues.
- Lock your rental home while you're away. Keep your property safe!
- To make sure damages aren't linked to your family's visit, make a record of any problem areas when you arrive. Get in touch with the rental manager right away to report any damages. If there is a dispute, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be very helpful.
- Respect the neighborhood. Often, nearby homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking rules is the right thing to do.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all belongings. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did your group have a wonderful time? Most rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
