This newly remodeled, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located at The Marina, a esteemed AAA Four Diamond Resort located along the Intracoastal Waterway. The unit is conveniently located on the 2nd floor (lobby level) providing painless access without the need for stairs or elevators. You will feel right at home in its enormous open kitchen, flat screen TVs, washer and dryer, roomy living room and a private balconies giving plenty of room for you and your guests to appreciate your Myrtle Beach vacation. This two bedroom condo has a king bed in the master along with full bath, second bedroom offers two queens, and the living room has a queen size pullout sleeper couch. The master bedroom also has a private balcony overlooking the marina and resort pool.



Located in the esteemed Golden Mile area of Myrtle Beach, the resort offers a prime central location with simple access to all local attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment. The property features a vast array of amenities, including a huge outdoor pool, two hot tubs, an indoor pool, and a exercise center equipped with a sauna. Guests also have access to a private section of the beach (5 min. drive) with a beach bar offering a variety of food and drinks. The Oceanfront Beach Access does not include access to the adjacent "Ocean Club", which is a private membership club also located on the Grande Dunes.
