This refreshed two bedroom two bath home inside award-winning ocean lakes family campground is conveniently located just steps away from the ocean and The water park inside the community. Extremely close to all the best amenities Ocean Lakes can provide. 2022 marks the first year this property is to be rented by us as it was newly purchased and updated. NEW FLOORING IN 2023! Even after the updates in 2022 the floor was very dated and worn, and was usually where we got our negative feedback. If you have family staying in the RV section or you prefer to be close to the activities then this is a great location. Like most ground level homes in Ocean Lakes this is a camper with an addition. There is a bigger bathroom in the addition as well as a master bedroom. The Bunk room and bathroom in the camper section are sized as expected in a camper trailer. The living and dining room areas are fairly open for the size of the home.
This home is not as modern as many in Ocean Lakes, but we it is well kept and clean. This home is where my friends and family stay during their trips to Ocean Lakes. We personally appreciate the convenience and of being so close to Sandy Harbor Water Park and being near the campsites. During special events and Holiday times it is close to all the action.
