This oceanfront vacation rental is entirely furnished with everything you need for your next vacation. This apartment features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 queen-size sleeper couch, and will comfortably accommodate 6 guests. This rental is a true 2-bedroom condo, and our guests appreciate the separation between rooms and the privacy that is offered. This condo offers 2 floors, 2 private balconies, and countless vistas of the Atlantic Ocean.

Sandy Beach 1116 is one of the most unique units in Myrtle Beach. As opposed to a traditional condo or hotel room, this vacation rental is far from any hotel or resort experience you might have had in the past! This condo features 2 floors; an upstairs as well as downstairs! There are only a handful of these properties in Myrtle Beach, and we are excited to tell you more about it.

Upon entering the condo, guests will find the 1st bedroom to the left. This is considered to be the guest bedroom and features 1 queen size bed, nighttime stands, TV with basic cable, closet, and dresser for storage. This room is ideal for 1-2 guests.

The kitchen is located in between the bedroom and living room and features full size appliances. Guests will have access to a refrigerator / freezer, full size stove, top-mounted microwave, kitchen sink, and cabinet space. The kitchen is completely supplied with basic cookware, silverware, dishes and cups, and everything you'll need to prepare a meal or snack! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of exceptional dining options within a short walk/ride or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Post Mates have become very trendy food delivery options along the Grandiose Strand.

Just off from the kitchen, guests will have access to a full size washer and dryer. Behind the kitchen is where the full bathroom is located. The bathroom features a full size tub / shower, vanity, upsized mirror, cabinets for storage, toilet, and tile floor.

Entering the living room, this is by far the most beautiful area of the entire apartment. The living room is fully furnished with a sleeper couch, dining table and chairs, Intelligent TV with basic cable, entertainment center with LED fireplace, and access to the upsized oceanfront balcony. This is a ideal rental for a couple, group of friends, or a family! Located on the 11th floor of Sandy Beach Resort, the view from the balcony is striking, and many of our guests have spotted dolphins and handsome sunsets!

Just off from the kitchen, guests will find a spiral staircase that leads to the upstairs portion of the condo. The master bedroom is located on the second level and features a king size bed, nightstands, dresser for storage, TV, and access to the 2nd oceanfront balcony. Yes, that's right! This condo offers 2 oceanfront balconies; one is upstairs, and the other is downstairs! The upstairs bedroom also features a private bathroom with a hottub tub, toilet, vanity, sink, and more.

​​​​​​​ As of Summer 2022, this property has been refreshed with new floor, new artwork, decor, and so much more. The homeowners spared no expense and have really made this condo feel like a second home!

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, linens, and linens are included. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. Past guests really appreciate the space, and we savor the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
