The Golf Course Condo is in Myrtle Beach and is a light sunny, beach theme, comfortable yet modern - 2 bedroom / 2 full bathroom condo, located on the second-floor. It has a walk up stairway (one level) and an elevator conveniently located in the center of the building.
No expense spared. Contactless check-in is also a nice additional as we have a keypad on the front door.
We have exceptional beds (we travel a lot and know how important a good nighttime sleep is) All intelligent TVs, cozy patio set on an upsized, private balcony, to appreciate a nice drink after a fun day on vacation. Totally outfitted kitchen with all the essentials. (I have cooked a Thanksgiving dinner here). We have you covered with beach towels, cooler and chairs. The neighborhood is peaceful and dog-friendly, with superb walking paths and or cycling (Magnolia Place), and it is centrally located to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. Broadway at the Beach is really close and has so much to see and do. Even on a rainy day, Broadway at the Beach, has many neat themed stores, Wonderworks, Pop Golf, eateries and so much more. We savor going to the Hangout at Broadway and listeningto the live bands in the comfort of the Adirondack chairs they provide. The condo is also ideally centered around many Golf Courses, the MB Convention Center, Shopping, Water parks, Top Golf.... you name it!
My husband and I appreciate the beach on 38th Ave (5 min. drive) and for our golf lovers, the property is located on two golf courses; Pine Hills and Palmetto, we walk there all the time. How to find the best rental experience:
When to book & When to go:
- Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring is a good way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes.
- The earlier your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are reserved early. Booking your rental home six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
- Some hosts offer discounts for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
- Property management companies usually offer renters an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for specifics.
- Often, rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area travel guides that include coupons, either offered directly by local companies, or through a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Use filters to search efficiently:
- Begin by selecting your the best vacation week and a spending budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and the configuration you need. Location, Location.. On the Course & a 5 minute ride to the BEACH! has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed counts & types is generally available online. Otherwise, call the host before you book the property. Note that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds. You'll need to establish what bed configuration is best for your group.
- Visiting for a single event? If so, use a map search to locate nearby rentals.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with a disability. .
- Some rentals allow pets, but some don't. Allowable types of dog or cat, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional costs may apply. Ask the property manager about pets before booking.
Advice for a wonderful stay:
- We recommend storing the owner's information in your smartphone and wallet.
- During arrival, note any damages to the rental property and immediately contact the owner. Record all correspondence just in case a dispute arises.
- Hosts are there to help! Feel free to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay more pleasurable. You'll magnify your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are usually a great resource to find the best local beaches and restaurants.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
- Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are gone, just like you would back home.
- At departure, complete a walk-through to make sure you have not forget anything. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did you have a terrific time? Most rental managers make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or host was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
