Welcome to MM5 located on the 5th floor in the South Tower in Ocean Creek Resort. Ocean Creek Resort is a 57 acre, oceanfront, gated resort with 24 hour security.
We purchased this 3BR/2BA condo in late September 2017. The view of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom is simply spectacular. After looking at numerous condos, the striking view from MM5 was the deciding factor on purchasing this condo.
Our condo has been painted top to bottom in relaxing shades of grey. All new living room furnishings (including queen sleeper couch), dining room furnishings and balcony furnishings + chaise lounge. New 65" Intelligent TV in the living room. We have installed pretty driftwood color LVT floor throughout the living areas, bedrooms, and master powder room. We have new tile in the entryway and new tile on the balcony. Our kitchen has new cabinets, new countertops, new stainless steel appliances and new subway tile backsplash. Kitchen is entirely supplied with all your cooking and dining needs. The master bedroom has a new king bed, sliding glass doors to the front balcony, adjoining full bath with separate powder room and a walk in closet. The master bath has a new double vanity with stone countertop, new lighting and new mirrors. Master bath has a tub/shower combo. Ideal for bathing the little ones. Our guest room has a king bed with new bed and wall mounted TV. The second guest room has two twin beds with new beds and a wall mounted TV. The full hall bath is very cavernous with a nice shower stall, new vanity with stone top, new mirror and new lighting. Full size washer/dryer in hall, Free Wi-Fi, and plenty of complimentary parking. Please feel complimentary to e-mail for further info. We look forward to having you as our guests.
*This condo comes with the complimentary use of our Beach Locker #132 located in the Owners Storage Room in South Tower on the ground level. Please fee complimentary to store your beach gear in our locker and share whatever is in the locker, if anything. We do not inventory the locker contents. Guests leave items and others are tossed due to rust and breakage.
NOTE: MM5 is available for monthly rental Dec, Jan & Feb.
**Prices include linens.**
~You will receive a check-in instruction packet via US MAIL 2-3 weeks prior to your date of arrival. The packet will include (2) cardboard parking passes and access code.

How to find the best Myrtle Beach rental experience:
When to reserve a Myrtle Beach rental home & When to go:
- Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Book your Myrtle Beach vacation in the Spring or Fall to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
- Some hosts and property managers offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
- Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.
- Often, property management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides that include special deals, either offered independently by local businesses, or through a relationship between the management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
How to select the best vacation home in Myrtle Beach:
- Begin by choosing a vacation week and a max budget.
- Note the number beds and the configuration your family requires. 3BR\/2BA South Tower -It's All About the View!! 2 Kings + 2 Twins + Beach Locker! has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Specific information about bedrooms and bed types is almost always accessible on booking websites. Otherwise, contact the property manager before you reserve your home. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds in living rooms. You'll need to determine what is optimal for your group.
- If your family is bringing pets, search for a pet-friendly vacation rental. Get specifics on breed, size, and type requirements. Often, property owners charge pet deposits and fees.
- Are you looking for particular amenities? Most websites include search filters with amenity lists. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with a disability. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before booking
More considerations:
- Get the property manager's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your rental home.
- Property managers are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
- Keep your rental home locked while you're out! Don't let thieves spoil your holiday.
- Make a record of any damages to the property upon arrival, and immediately contact the property manager. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be useful if damages are attributed to your stay.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious visitors disrupting your home life. Employ the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and attractions you would have not otherwise known about!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all personal items. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Go through the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- Leave a review! Property owners rely on good reviews to stimulate more reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to fix it.
