The Space:
Unwind and appreciate the sounds of the ocean or view the city lights from your 4bedroom/4 bath Presidential condo. The master bedroom has a King bed, attached en suite. Both the master and the living room have access to the balcony/deck where you can socialize with your group. The 2nd master bedroom has a king bed and attached en suite. Both the third and fourth bedroom have two double beds. This condo can accommodate up to 12 guests! A full kitchen and a dinning room accepts you the option to prepare your own meals and savor the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit for your convenience. With amazing vistas, beach fun and all the necessary amenities, you're sure to have a fun and memorable stay!
Not all suites are oceanfront or ocean-view.

During hurricane season (May to end of November), the glass enclosing the indoor pool is taken down. The indoor pools are heated in the Fall and early Winter.

About the Area
Located on the beach, this condo is in Arcadian Shores, a neighborhood in Myrtle Beach. Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore North Myrtle Beach Beaches and Myrtle Beach State Park. Ripley's Aquarium and SkyWheel Myrtle Beach are not to be missed.

Booking the best Myrtle Beach vacation rental experience:
Sticking to a spending plan:
- The sooner your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation property six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
- Summertime is high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To get the best value, change your vacation dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer excellent temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
- Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.

- If your group is traveling with pets, search for a property that allows animals. Ask for details on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Often, property managers charge pet deposits and fees.
- If there's an individual Myrtle Beach destination you simply love, browse rentals that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all required amenities are available before booking.
Additional considerations:
- Review arrival and departure procedures before leaving home. Save the instructions to your phone, and take a printed backup.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, stereo or kitchen appliance. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents many problems.
- Ensure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the rental when you are gone, just like you would back home.
- To make sure damages aren't linked to your family's stay, note any problem areas upon your arrival. Speak to the host right away to record your findings. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be very helpful.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will increase your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors can be a fantastic source for finding the best local restaurants, beaches, and hangouts.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take video of the rental to record its condition.
- Did your group have a fantastic time? Many rental management companies make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
