As part of your reservation, you’ll appreciate access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel.

All Oceana Resorts guests are included with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one complimentary ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the complimentary tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Kids's activities are available each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, and pool games! Snowbird activities are available each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, and Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets!

Things to Know
*The spa / hot tub are undergoing a replacement project to install a brand-new 10-seat spa/hot-tub. In order for this upgrade to be finished on time, the spa/hot-tub area will be closed and unavailable for usage until the beginning of 2025. Guests are encouraged to use Bluegreen Resort’s spa/hot-tub complimentary of charge during this upgrade.**** Bluegreen Resort (Carolina Grandiose) is located across the street.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

When to book & When to go:

• Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To find the best value, consider shifting your vacation dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer warmer weather, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic.
• Some property management companies offer discounts for veterans. Ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
• Booking websites typically offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for specifics.

• Respecting quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay more pleasurable. You'll increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are a great source for finding the best local beaches and hangouts.
• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can frequently help. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
• Double-check every room of the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings on check-out day. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
