This adorable 2 Bed/2 Bath home is located in the award-winning Ocean Lakes Community. This community has beach access and tons of amenities! Sleeps 4 people (up to 2 adults). Unwind on the front porch, which has a roll-out awning for shade. Savor cookouts with the gas grille supplied. Queen Bed in Main bedroom, with attached bathroom. 2nd Bedroom has two beds ideal for kids and teens. Main bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Enough Parking for 2 cars on the property. Parking passes are required. Golf cart units available through Ocean Lakes.

18-hole mini-golf, Activity center with 80+ arcade games, Indoor Pool, Outdoor pool/water park with a splash zone for modest kids, events and classes at the activity center, holiday events, check-out equipment for basketball, volleyball, horseshoes & more. There's a playground and skate park right on the beach!

*Security/damage HOLD of $300 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 7-days after your stay is complete.

**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/nighttime). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking costs are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.

MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the home. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.
