Tired of Covid, resorts, tight elevators , long lines, hordes, craziness? Well this is a different experience than your typical hotel type room being mixed in with 1000s of people..Heres your chance to rent the ideal place and to be right across from the beach with more space, your own outdoor area with grille and private hot tub to make you feel like you are really at home instead of a hotel. This Miami themed 2 story end villa is just across from the beach and is completely modernized like nothing in MB
The space
Rare for Myrtle Beach as only the oceanfront condos are zoned for short term units.. heres your chance to rent a home steps away from the ocean.
Tastefully decorated 2 story end Villa located a few steps from the ocean in the well known and peaceful section of Myrtle Beach called the Cabana section. This stretch of beach is known locally is the nicest and well preserved stretch of beach in the whole area. There are no high rises in the cabana section which means less busy beaches and some of the most impressive vistas in Myrtle Beach. Gardens by the sea is directly across the street which is the best oceanfront park in town with a kids play area(ship/slides/swings) and an oceanfront exercise trail (only one in town) This 2 story Villa is completely refreshed with an open floor plan with a massive kitchen for everybody to appreciate. The kitchen is equipped with high end granite counter tops wraping around the whole front end of the villa along with an 8 foot long high top bar with sink area. The Appliances are all high end stainless steel with backsplash. All of downstairs has ceramic tile floors, sleeper couch, 2 swivel chairs along with a humongous 75" tv with huge constructed in fireplace. There is also a half bath downstairs. Just right out the living room there is a sizable outdoor patio area with has a 40" tv, gas grille, 5 person hot tub, bespoke artificial grass, gray decking and a sectional couch which is a ideal way to savor those nice afternoons feeling the ocean breeze. Being an end unit there is a gate that opens up to the enormous common area that is grass on the side of the unit which is nice to have and is very rare. The washer and dryer is also outside in the patio storage room. The bespoke made guitar string stairs goes to the 2 bedrooms up stairs along with the bathroom. The pretty bath has double sinks and a bespoke tub/shower combo. The master bedroom has a king , him and her dual walk in closets and a 50" tv. There is a even a slight ocean view from the master bedroom. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and a 40" tv. There is plenty of storage and closets unlike the traditional hotel room where everything is crammed. This is the one that you have been looking for to book!
Linens wise this villa sleeps 8, but i would only recommend 6.
Porcher Villas does have a huge seasonal pool
If you are looking to event or be loud , please keep looking as this is not the place for you, but if you are a responsible family that is looking for something different, that offers many more options than a hotel suite along with not wanting to lose the location of being by the beach for having something bigger and bespoke, this is the one.

Our top Myrtle Beach rental booking tips and tricks:
When to book & When to go:
- Summer months are the most expensive season in Myrtle Beach. To find the best value, try changing your family's Myrtle Beach vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer warmer temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
- The earlier you can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your rental 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
- Property managers usually offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for additional information.
- Often, rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides which include money-saving deals, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a relationship between the management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
Narrow your Search:
- Choose your dates and budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your family needs. Luxurious Beach Side HOT TUB VILLA\/Miami themed\/2 story\/updated has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rentals search.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is regularly accessible online. If not, reach out to the host before booking your home. Remember that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You'll need to establish what bed configuration is best for your vacation family.
- Are you visiting for a specific attraction or event? If so, use a map search to browse nearby properties.
- Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before booking.
- Some properties allow pets, and some do not. Acceptable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional costs may apply. Ask your host about pets before booking.
Have a wonderful stay:
- Review arrival and departure procedures before traveling. Add a note with the instructions to your smartphone, and take a printed copy.
- Record any issues with the rental at check in, and immediately send them to the property manager. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that are useful if a dispute arises.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, elevator or appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief telephone call can prevent lots of difficulties.
- Respect your neighbors. Frequently, surrounding homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Lock your rental home while you are out and about. Keep your property safe!
- Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all belongings. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on excellent ratings to compel new reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
