The space
Walk into the 11th floor unit’s entry via keyless entry into a tiled hallway. The bedroom and full bathroom are located to the left. As you continue down the hallway, from there, you will find the kitchen, dining area, and living room in an open floor plan. Savor the ocean vistas from the kitchen and living room while you are eating and relaxing or you can walk onto the balcony from the living room and savor the sights and sounds of the beach from your lounge chair.
Bedroom
The bedroom includes a NEW king size bed and the room is equipped with ample storage for you as it has two bed storage drawers and a NEW dresser. In addition, this bedroom has a closet with hangers and shelving.
Four Beach towels are also included for you to use. We ask that you do not use the white bathroom towels for the beach or pool.
Living Area
After a long day at the beach, curl up to watch your favorite shows on the Intelligent TV which offers streaming channels (using your own log in) and cable. Savor the circulation of air from the ceiling fan as you relax on the NEW queen size sleeper couch and take in the extraordinary ocean vistas. Appreciate the luxury of the fireplace.
Bathrooms
The full size bathroom is connected to the 1/2 bath. The full size bathroom includes a tiled shower stall. No bathtub. There is a half bath connected to the bedroom as well.
Kitchen
You will find a entirely equipped kitchen that includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, crockpot, toaster, and a coffee maker. You can comfortably prepare and prepare your favorite meals with many kitchen silverware that are included for you. Enjoy your meals at a NEW 4-seat dining table using the supplied plates, cups, (and silverware).
Balcony
Step out onto the enormous and roomy balcony from the living room. Unwind and enjoy the sounds and sights of the ocean on the 2 lounge chairs. You will also find 4 beach chairs for your use at the beach.

This property is located on the Cabana Row of the "Golden Mile" section of Myrtle Beach. This is a HIGHLY sought out area in Myrtle Beach. This property offers a peaceful environment yet it is close enough to all the attractions Myrtle Beach has to offer.
The 4 level parking garage is conveniently located behind the resort. An elevator and stairs are on each level. You MUST present your parking pass (supplied by the host) in your car when parking in the parking garage. You will be towed at your expense if you do not follow the parking rules.

This impressive condo is located on the 11th floor with the most marvelous vistas. Just high enough to be away from the noises down at the pool area.
There is a 2 lane road you cross to get to the beach. There is nothing between our building and the beach except the road. Nothing to block your vistas. This unit faces south, so you enjoy sun throughout the day and have a front row seat for handsome sunsets.
The resort offers many amenities for you to enjoy during your stay - Indoor and outdoor pool, Hot tubs, Lazy River, Exercise center.
Grab a sandwich and drink at our own bar and grille " BUCKETS", located on the lobby floor. Indoor and outdoor seating. Very trendy among our guests. Hours vary depending on season. (Closed Jan-February).
