FABULOUS vistas of the ocean, the pool, the marsh... 2 full bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms with walk-in showers. Intelligent Tvs (or Roku) in bdrms and LR. Visit the balcony from the LR or master and savor that fresh ocean air! Ocean Annie's is just steps away, as is a liquor store, beach store, bar/grille. There's pd laundry on site if needed. We supply beach chairs, beach umbrella, a cooler, body boards, sand toys, beach cart and have a completely supplied kitchen. Just bring your swim suits and beach towels! Free parking for one car.
Master bedroom features a King size bed, with an ensuite and a private exit to balcony. There's a huge closet in the hall for clothing, and a dresser in the room. There's also a flat screen TV with a Roku remote.
Guest bedroom has 2 twins with one trundle, sleeping a total of 3. Good sized closet, dresser and flat screen TV also with a Roku remote.
The kitchen has full sized appliances, plenty of cookware including toaster, blender, coffee pot (drip and kuerig). There's a breakfast bar and a dining table.
The LR features a comfortable loveseat and an even comfier couch that can be unfolded into a sleeper-couch to sleep two additional guests. We have games for those rainy days, but hopefully you will be able to spend most of your time appreciating one of the two pools, the beach, watching the birds at the marsh, or grilling at one of the shared bbq stations on the property!
There are beach toys, an umbrella, chairs, a pack n play, books, a cooler, and other items for you to appreciate yourselves. These can be found in the closets and throughout the condo. We make no guarantee of the condition of these items, but we ask you to PLEASE treat them with respect and return them in the condition you find them, so the next guests can enjoy them, too. This is our own private getaway, so it is our second home that we have put a lot of effort into making cozy. We hope you appreciate it as much as we do :)
