• Laundry Facilities: A washer and dryer are available in the unit for your convenience.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Myrtle Beach. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes.
  • Hosts sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your group.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses.
