*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are supplied for showers only.

Guest Access:
The apartment is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furnishings and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furnishings, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper supplied, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are included (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

When to book & When to go:

  • In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier your group can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early. Reserving your rental six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
