This unit is located in a walkable, and a bit quieter, area than some areas further south but it is still within walking distance to the main attractions, stores and eateries. There is a Starbucks within 4 blocks in either direction on Ocean Blvd and many great eateries all within walking distance. We are also only a few blocks away from the Convention Center.

Even though this is a non-smoking resort, unfortunately, we cannot control the activities of other renters in other units.

How to get the best Myrtle Beach rental experience:
How to get the best rental home value:
- The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved early. Reserving your rental up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Myrtle Beach area. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring is an excellent way to save on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
- Some owners offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your family.
- Management companies and individual rental owners often offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, visitor guide magazines contain coupons for local accommodations and attractions.
Selecting the best rental home in Myrtle Beach:
- Choose vacation week and max budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and the configuration your group needs. RENOVATED Beachfront King Suite End Unit, Amazing Ocean View Right on the Beach! has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach vacation rental search.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed types is usually accessible online. If you don't see them listed, call the property management company before you book the vacation property. Note that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches.
- Are you bringing the family pet? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional fees or charges may be applied to your contract.
- Is your family looking for particular amenities? Most websites include search filters for amenities. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find the best rental home.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. .
Some things to know before you go:
- Get the property manager's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental.
- Property managers are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property while you are gone, just like you would back home.
- Upon check-in, note any damages to the property and immediately contact the owner. Keep records of all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud vacationers disrupting your peaceful home life. Use the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would've not otherwise known!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Go through the property a final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- Did you have a terrific vacation? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property management company was terrific, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was defective and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
