Wonderful location with extraordinary city vistas and the sunset . Have fun with the whole family at this chic location. Located on the Boardwalk and Ocean Boulevard with handsome vistas of the City & Sunset. Boardwalk located at the back door of the Resort. Next to the Boardwalk is the beach. This newly refreshed condo is completely up to date. Starbucks located on the first floor. All new appliances with entirely functional kitchen with quality cooking silverware. Great Location for your Vacation.
Located on the 9th floor of the Bay View Resort. The Suite is completely modernized and up to date. There is a wash machine and dryer in the unit. Old carpet was removed replaced with laminate floor. This location is close to the Boardwalk. Walk out the back door and the board walk is 25 feet away. Walking distance to many attractions on Ocean Blvd.
All Pools are available for use, guest chairs are available around the pools, in the back of the Resort. The Exercise Room on the 2nd Floor is available for use and the shuffle board on the 3rd floor are available. Ice and soft drinks machines are available on different floors, listed in the elevator.
We are available before and during your stay. We'll text the door code to your personal phone number, this will provide our 2 personal phone numbers.

Excessive noise is. We’re not going to monitor your every move, have a good time, just don't hold events or make excessive noise. Please respect our home.
While we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you put away any dishes in the dishwasher or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels in the hamper. It helps us get through our cleaning process quicker and accepts us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests.
We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too.
Additional guest inside the home than the amount listed on the original reservation. We don't count infants as additional guests. Our max. amount is 4 guests.
You are required to notify us of any additional additional guest.
Quiet hours are set at 11pm-8am.
The easiest way to disrupt an fun stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the trash can we've included in the bathroom. A plunger is supplied in the condo. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of holiday :)"
