Feel the quintessential southern beach lifestyle at this 6BR/3BA bungalow located just steps from the ocean. Originally constructed in 1955, this two-story home features 2,958 square-feet of living space with original wood floors, two separate staircases, and antique furnishings.


Surrounded by lush landscape, the family-friendly property features amazing outdoor living space with a striking wraparound porch, al fresco dining, and a hammock. A prime location just mins. to stores, local culinary gems, and close by attractions including the SkyWheel.


LIVING AREA


Sprawl out on the comfortable couch and watch shows on the 48” flat screen TV with cable. Two additional armchairs offer a calming seat next to the decorative fireplace. An adjacent living area offers additional space to relax for family game nighttime with two couches and three plush armchairs.


KITCHEN & DINING


The well-equipped kitchen features upgraded appliances and plenty of cabinet storage. Sip morning coffee at the six-person dining table or gather in the formal dining area and share a family feast meals at a table set for eight.


BED & BATH


This home includes six bedrooms that sleep 13 total, ideal for a sizable family traveling together. Three full bathrooms (two on the main floor and one upstairs) are each supplied with a complimentary supply of bath amenities.


The main-level master bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, ceiling fan, and en-suite bath with tub/shower combination. The remaining bedrooms are located upstairs. The second bedroom has a queen bed, desk, ceiling fan, and closet for storage. The second bath has a tub/shower combination.


The third bedroom features two twin beds, a ceiling fan, and direct access to the fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed and armchair. The fifth bedroom includes a double bed, twin bed, desk, ceiling fan, and a closet. The sixth bedroom features two full beds, a desk, and ceiling fan. The third bath provides a tub/shower combination.


OUTDOOR AREA


Sip sweet tea and spend leisurely afternoons on the wraparound porch offering broad ocean vistas. The covered outdoor space is outfitted with eight wood rocking chairs, a rope hammock, and al fresco dining for five. An expansive yard provides ample space for kids to play yard games.


EXTRA AMENITIES


The mudroom has two outdoor showers and beach gear including chairs, toys, and body boards are available for guest use. Parking is available for two cars in the driveway. A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are supplied.


LOCATION


Lather on the sunscreen, grab the supplied beach gear, and walk less than 100 yards to the ocean! The SkyWheel is located just 2.5 miles up the shoreline and features a 187-foot Ferris wheel overlooking the ocean.


Explore the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade located 3 miles away -- the 1.2 mile-long boardwalk is known for its variety of activities including thrill rides, zip line, mini golf, and Ripley’s Believe it or Not Odditorium.


Spend the afternoon shopping at the Village Square and appreciate close by dining options at local eateries including Toscana Italian Kitchen, Carolina Roadhouse, Bennett's Calabash, Johnny D's Waffles, and Sea Captain's House.
