We invite you to stay at our Cavernous 2 bedroom, 2 bath Condo (with Elevator), found in the Magnolia Pointe Community (designated a "Blue Ribbon Community") in sought after Myrtlewood Golf Resort and Villas - on the Golf Course, with Private Balcony and a Stunning Golf Course View!

Our Community is centrally located to ALL that Myrtle Beach has to offer (yet we are out of the hustle and bustle). It has striking grounds, walking/ cycling trails, 7 pools, 2 golf courses on site, and is approx a mile drive straight out of the driveway to the Pretty Beach, as well as Shopping, Eateries and Family Fun!
** Keeping our Condo Clean and Updated is our Number 1 Priority for Guests.
*Our housekeeping service uses disinfectant with all cleanings, to be ready prior to your arrival.
Our Condo is located on the 3rd/top floor with Elevator. Being on the top floor you will find that we have Cathedral Ceilings, along with the additional serenity as no one is above you.

~ ENJOY THE WALKING/BIKING TRAILS as well as the many Outdoor POOLS and Grilling Areas: Guests will find Charcoal Grills at the Pool Areas. We have grilling silverware for your convenience.
* GOLF ~ If you are a Golfer, you will find 2 Golf Courses in Myrtlewood- Pine Hill and Palmetto , as well as a Driving Range, Putting Green, Clubhouse, and a (Casual) Restaurant overlooking the Intracostal Waterway. We are also near many Golf Courses that Myrtle Beach is known for.
* BEACH~ Take time to appreciate the handsome stretch of Myrtle Beach - straight out of the driveway, roughly 1 mile from our condo is the famed section of the beach known as the 'Golden Mile' that has unobstructed vistas! No Hotels at this beach! Lots of Public Parking and we provide the Beach Chairs, Beach Toys and even Boogie Boards! The Grandiose Strand has many beaches for you to savor!
*We are CENTRAL TO: Many Eateries and Shopping! such as Broadway on Beach (Ripley's Aquarium), Barefoot Landing and Outlet Stores. The Skywheel, CAL Ripkin, Miniature Golf, Water Park, Nasar Go - Carts, MB Convention Center, Market Commons along with Grocery Stores and Pharmacies. Don't forget the Entertainment as well as Murrells Inlet, Brookgreen Gardens, State Parks, Dolphin Tours.. the list goes on!
