The personal touches really make this condo feel like a home away from home!

While the Sea Mist is a 65 year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests really appreciate the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our prices reflect the age of the resort, d cor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!
Free Wi-Fi and Cable are available.
Smoking AND Vaping are not allowed.
Our guests currently have access to the outdoor pool located on the south side of the Oats Building. Pool hours are subject to change. Weather and season could also result in pool closures.

Tips to get the optimal Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:
Finding the best rental home value:
- Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- June, July, and August are high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To book the largest rental home for your budget, we highly recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
- Booking websites often offer renters an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.
- Many rental management companies supply Myrtle Beach area travel guide magazines which will include money-saving offers, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a relationship with the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Finding the perfect vacation rental in the Myrtle Beach area:
- Begin by choosing your vacation dates and a max budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your group needs. Beautifully Updated Double Queen Suite! Sea Mist Resort 50402 - Perfect for 2-4 guests! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rental home search.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed types is normally accessible online. Otherwise, contact the property management company before you reserve the rental. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You'll need to establish what is optimal for your vacation.
- Some rentals allow pets, but some don't. Allowable types of dog or cat, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional charges may apply. Ask the property management company about allowable breeds and types before booking.
- Is your family looking for specific amenities? Most rental search websites include amenity lists and search filters.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
More considerations for your visit:
- Add the property manager's contact information to your phone. Print and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, stereo or appliance. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent lots of issues.
- Keep the property locked while you're out! Don't let thieves spoil your trip.
- Note any damages to the property at check in, and immediately contact the property manager. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that can be beneficial if there is a dispute.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious visitors bothering your peaceful home. Apply the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would've never otherwise known!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
- On check-out day, complete a walk-through to make sure you didn't forget anything. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did your family have a fantastic vacation? Many rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental property and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was amiss and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
