Welcome to P-29, our little bit of Peace by the Sea. Our family beach home is located in the award winning Ocean Lakes Community, where you have access to all the amenities!
P-29 is located on Ibis Drive in Ocean Lakes. PLEASE FEEL COMPLIMENTARY TO MESSAGE ME ABOUT SNOWBIRD DISCOUNTS DURING THE MONTHS OF DEC-APRIL
This is a 24 hour gated community with a private security patrol to keep the area safe. There are church services in the recreation center, as well as on the beach on Sundays if you want to go, everybody is invited. All of these amenities are PROVIDED in the parking pass, ( $12-$15/car per day)

****Parking Fee is collected by Ocean Lakes Resort via express check in or upon arrival.
($12-$15/ per car per day) I, the homeowner will initiate the express check-in process for all guests to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival.
If your booking more the 30 days out the Express Check-In parking pass will save you $2/car per day and you will be able to skip the office and go straight to the home when you arrive.
ALL the costs are set and handled by the resort after the express check in process has been initiated.

Ocean Lakes has an Olympic size pool, indoor heated pool, 3 kiddy pools, water slide, and a lazy river open Memorial Day to Labor Day! In-door pool available year round. At the pavilion they have an arcade, and scheduled events in the recreation center. Just behind the water park is the Meet n ‘Eat that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Appreciate or join in on some Karaoke on Friday evenings.

Golf carts can be rented through Ocean Lakes.

Savor family dinners on the huge deck or inside with a full kitchen. Outdoor TV, chairs and picnic table are located under the porch for movie nights while appreciating the beach breeze.

Three bedroom stilt home with sizable porch that comfortably sleeps 8. 1 King and 2 Queen beds, One Queen couch bed and a twin couch bed. TVs in all bedrooms. TV in living room as well as outdoor TV.

Finding the best value:

  • Book your Myrtle Beach vacation home in the Spring or Fall to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Note that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which often includes pull out couches in living rooms. You will need to determine what configuration is optimal for your vacation group.
  • If there's an individual Myrtle Beach beach you long to visit, look for rentals that are either close by, or those that cater to your requirements.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Make certain to ask about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
  • Traveling with pets? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask your host before booking, and study your rental agreement! Extra fees or costs might be applied to your agreement.

  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable vacationers bothering your peaceful home. Employ the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and attractions you would have never otherwise known!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are away, just like you would back home.
  • Just prior to departing, complete a walk-through to make sure you have not forget anything. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on great feedback to compel more bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your experience find their best rental home.
