Welcome to our comfortable beach hideaway, waiting for you and your family to have a amazing vacation. It is a very cozy home with space to spread out for bigger families. One bathroom is accessed through the master bedroom and the other from the hallway. The master bath has a tub/shower, sink and toilet. The hall bath has one room with a tub/shower, sink and toilet, a second room with a two sink vanity and a makeup and hair styling area with USB outlets and a third room with a sink and toilet.

There are 2 cubbies in the walls each with an outlet with USB plugs providing storage for cell phones and tablets. The room is accessed by a regular door from the hall accepting privacy and accessibility without imposing on the other bedrooms. Tips and Tricks for getting the perfect Myrtle Beach rental home experience:
Find your perfect rental home:
- Summer months are high season in Myrtle Beach. Book your rental property in the Fall or Spring to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
- The earlier your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked very early. Booking your vacation home six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
- Some property managers offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your family before you book.
- Booking websites typically offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
- Many property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guides which include money-saving deals, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a partnership between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Use filters to search efficiently:
- Choose a group leader, choose your vacation week, and select a budget.
- Decide how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. Booking now for 2025 has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is generally accessible on booking websites. Otherwise, contact the property manager before booking the vacation home. Remember that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds and bunks.
- If there's a certain Myrtle Beach beach you are enamored with, search for properties that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before reserving a rental
- Traveling with pets? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional fees or applied to your contract.
Considerations for your stay:
- Review arrival and departure procedures before traveling. Take a printed copy, and save the directions to your smartphone.
- To ensure that damages are not attributed to your family's visit, inspect for any problem areas during check in. E-mail the property manager right away to relay any damages. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having the recorded concerns and contact attempts will be useful.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, television set or washer/dryer. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent lots of concerns.
- Be respectful. Frequently, adjacent homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking policies reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Lock your rental home while you're out and about. Protect your property!
- When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to make sure you didn't forget anything. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host isn't available, take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- Did your group have a fantastic time? Most rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
