Like all Richeson Properties Rental Houses, we do not tolerate illegal drugs of any kind. If you're looking for a place to event, look elsewhere. Our golfcart rules are that no one under the age of 21 yrs of age is allowed to drive our golf carts period so do not ask!! Ocean Lakes has implemented a new rule that no one, even of legal age, is allowed to drink alcohol while driving or riding on the golf carts. If you or any of your guests are found to be violating this rule on our golfcart and are ticketed, we will immediately take our golfcart away from the property and you will not get it back. You will forfeit any monies paid, you will be responsible to pay your own ticket/violation as well as any violation imposed on the Homeowner. If anyone in your event, including the renter of record, is arrested, trespassed, or has any issues with local law enforcement while staying at our property, we reserve the right to ask your entire event to vacate immediately and you will forfeit any and all monies paid. No refund will be given and no refund will be due.
