This unique floor plan seamlessly combines modren living with a calming beach ambiance. Savor many upgrades, including striking granite countertops throughout and an extended island/bar in the well-appointed kitchen. Gather in the family room around the impressive 82” intelligent TV, while each bedroom also features enormous flat screen intelligent TVs for even more entertainment options. Awaken each morning to handsome sunrises from the broad oceanfront master bedroom or one of the two additional oceanfront bedrooms in the new "family suite." Per Kingston Plantation HOA Policy:
Private vacation rental guests do not have access to the exercise center, resort shuttle transportation, Embassy Suites pool complex, or pools located elsewhere around Kingston Plantation. Guests of Margate can savor the heated bi-level pool and hot tub year-round.

Resort management restricts golf cart units to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Motorcycle parking is allowed in the designated motorcycle parking area only, located just prior to the front gate and across from the exercise center. Trailer parking is NOT allowed at any time.
