Per Kingston Resort HOA Policy:
Private vacation rental guests do not have access to the exercise center, resort shuttle transportation, Embassy Suites pool complex, or pools located elsewhere around Kingston Resort. Guests of Margate can appreciate the heated bi-level pool and hot tub year-round.

Resort management restricts golf cart units to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Motorcycle parking is allowed in the designated motorcycle parking area only, located just prior to the front gate and across from the exercise center. Trailer parking is NOT allowed at any time.

  • Summer months are high season in Myrtle Beach. To book the best rental home within budget, we suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers frequently offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses.
