This unique floor plan seamlessly combines modren living with a calming beach ambiance. Awaken each morning to pretty sunrises from the broad oceanfront master bedroom or one of the two additional oceanfront bedrooms in the new "family suite." The suite features private hall access from the family room, leading to a full bathroom and two bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with two queen beds plus a full-size day bed/twin trundle. The fourth bedroom offers a queen bed with direct access to another full bathroom, ensuring ample space and privacy for everybody.

Please Note: The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and
must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Substantial gatherings/events are prohibited. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the unit or out on the balcony. No family pets are allowed on the property, regardless of type, size or breed.

Per Kingston Resort HOA Policy:
Private vacation rental guests do not have access to the exercise center, resort shuttle transportation, Embassy Suites pool complex, or pools located elsewhere around Kingston Resort. Guests of Margate can savor the heated bi-level pool and hot tub year-round.

Resort management restricts golf cart units to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Motorcycle parking is allowed in the designated motorcycle parking area only, located just prior to the front gate and across from the exercise center. Trailer parking is NOT allowed at any time.

You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Myrtle Beach attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your group qualifies for a price reduction.
• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for details.
