Unassigned parking is available for up to two cars in the parking lot outside the unit. (Please note that motorbikes, RVs, trailers, and golf carts are not allowed on the grounds.)

This second-floor condo is accessed via a flight of stairs from the parking area.

Due to HOA requirements, the primary renter must be 25 years old. Smoking and family pets are not allowed.
