Located right within driving distance of Myrtle Beach, you and your family will find yourselves calming on its sandy shores on a sunny day. This condo comes completely updated with an all-new kitchen and bathrooms, new floor, and painted with SW Superpaint sanitizing technology (can help rid the walls in your home of harmful bacteria, making it ideal for high-traffic areas in your home, like the entryway, kitchen, and bathroom). This can last for up to two years.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

When to go & When to book:

• Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. Booking your vacation rental in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
• Property managers often offer customers an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for details.
• Many rental management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guide magazines which include coupons, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. • Upon arrival, record any damages to the rental property and immediately alert the owner. Record all coorespondence.

• Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
• Upon check-out, complete a final walk-through to confirm you haven't leave anything behind. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Leave feedback! Property owners rely on great feedback to propel more reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your review and help them have the best future vacation.
