• Approved guests will arrive at the front desk for check in. The staff will hold your suitcases and you can use the amenities if you arrive early on your check in date. Your suite will be assigned by the front desk at check in and you will be given keys to access.
• The primary guest must be 21+ to check in (must match ID).
• A $100 returnable damage deposit will be collected at check in at the front desk (credit/debit card only). It will be returned assuming there are no damages to the suite
• Reservations 5 nights or longer may be relocated during the stay to a similar suite for housekeeping purposes
• Photos are supplied by the resort and are a variety of suites at the resort. Your suite will be similarly designed and furnished but may vary slightly from the photos.

• When it's time to leave, take a walk-through to make sure you haven't leave anything behind. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
