Great brick home, wood floors and a unique design centrally located in downtown Myrtle Beach on a corner lot. There is plenty of parking, a lush backyard, a big additional room and more than adequate dining space. The ocean and fireworks are visible from the yard!

The home is located between two parks, is a 5 min. walk to Family Kingdom Amusement Park, the Beach, Withers Walk, stores and eateries, a 8 min. walk to 2nd Avenue Pier, a 25 min. walk to the Big Sky Wheel or a 5 min. drive to the Coastal Grandiose Mall or Walmart.
