Check out this direct oceanfront vacation rental at Boardwalk Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. This oceanfront vacation rental is entirely furnished with everything you need for your next vacation. This apartment features 1 king size bed, 1 queen size sleeper couch, and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. This rental is a true 1-bedroom condo, and our guests appreciate the separation between rooms and the privacy that is offered.

As of February 2024, this condo has been completely modernized and we could not be more excited to share with you! To start, the entire unit was repainted with warm and welcoming colors. New decor and furnishings were added throughout. In the living room, a impressive shiplap accent wall was created with an LED fireplace. Another accent wall was created in the bedroom along with a sizable wall-mounted TV.

The owner spared no expense in this remodel! Out with the old in with the new. The kitchen was completely redone! A brand-new granite countertop was installed along with a striking backsplash! New cabinets were installed as well as new recessed lighting. All new stainless-steel appliances were also installed! In the bathroom, new countertops, faucet, mirror and towel bars were installed. Everything is practically brand new!

Upon arrival guests will enter into the bedroom. The bedroom features a new king size bed and headboard, 2 new nightstands, and a gorgeous accent wall with wall mounted TV. This area features a closet for storage, dresser, and heat/AC.

The kitchen is located in between the bedroom and living room and features new full-size stainless-steel appliances. Guests will have access to a refrigerator / freezer, stove, oven, top-mounted microwave, kitchen sink, new granite countertops, new backsplash, and plentiful cabinet space in the freshly installed cabinets! The kitchen is completely supplied with basic cookware, silverware, dishes and cups, and everything you'll need to prepare! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of exceptional dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Post Mates have become very fashionable food delivery options along the Grandiose Strand.

Behind the kitchen is where the full bathroom is located. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, and mirror!

Entering the living room, this is by far the most beautiful area of the entire apartment. The living room is fully furnished with a new couch that converts to a queen size bed, a newly installed workstation that doubles as a bar area, a beautiful shiplap accent wall with LED fireplace, wall mounted TV, and access to the upsized oceanfront balcony featuring new Adirondack balcony chairs! This is a ideal rental for a couple, group of friends, or a family! Located on the 10th floor of the Boardwalk Resort, the view from the balcony is beautiful, and many of our guests have spotted dolphins and handsome sunsets!

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, linens, and linens are supplied. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. Past guests really appreciate the space, and we savor the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

We are confident that you are going to appreciate this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest! Please keep in mind that this rental is privately owned and managed, and we have no affiliation with the resort staff, resort maintenance, or resort housekeeping. Should you have any maintenance or housekeeping needs, or have any questions, be sure to reach out to us directly so we can help!

Tricks and tips for getting the perfect rental home experience:

Sticking to your spending plan:

  • Reserve your Myrtle Beach rental home in the Fall or Spring to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • In the Myrtle Beach area, The sooner you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are reserved early. Reserving your vacation home 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Booking websites often offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.
  • Often, management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area travel guide magazines that include money-saving deals, either offered independently by local companies, or through a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.

Use filters to narrow your search:

  • Start by selecting your the best vacation week and a max budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and the configuration your group requires. Completely Renovated Oceanfront Condo - King Suite With LED Fireplace! Boardwalk 1034 has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach vacation rental search.
  • Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed counts & types is normally accessible online. If not, email or call the property manager before you book the vacation home. Note that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds and bunks.
  • Are you visiting for a single attraction or event? If so, use a map search to locate nearby properties.
  • Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. .
  • Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Remember to ask your host before booking, and study your agreement! Pet fees or costs may be applied to your contract.

During your stay:

  • Be sure you get the property manager's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental home.
  • Document any issues with the property at check in, and immediately e-mail them to the host. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that can be very helpful if a dispute is filed.
  • Property managers are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask any questions during your stay.
  • Respect the neighborhood. Often, surrounding homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules is the right thing to do.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Protect the rental owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • On check-out day, complete a walk-through to confirm you have not forget anything. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did your group have a great time? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property management company was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was amiss and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
