The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 15th floor oceanfront studio apartment at The Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach. This oceanfront condo is entirely furnished with 1 King size bed and the layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 2 guests.

As of Fall 2023 this unit been completely repainted with warm and welcoming colors! New decor and furnishings was also installed throughout! This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped. This studio offers countless vistas of the Atlantic Ocean!

The kitchen is very cavernous and is one of the features that separates the Palace from many other resorts and units. Very few studios offer an upsized kitchen like this condo and other units here at the Palace. The new granite counter tops are pretty! We provide all basic cookware, silverware, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to prepare a full meal for the family. This listing also features a full-size dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove, as well as modest appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.

The living area is the most comfortable area of the apartment. Guests can relax on the modest ottoman and savor endless vistas of the ocean! The brand new king bed is located along the blue feature wall and there is enough space to accommodate 2 guests in the apartment. This space also features two bar stools along the island area, a sizable wall mounted flatscreen TV, a modest seating area located in the nook by the bed, and access to the oceanfront balcony! Many guests have spotted dolphins from the balcony, and the sunrise and sunsets are delightful.

The full-size bathroom is located to the right when you walk through the main door. The bathroom features a standard shower/tub, toilet, and vanity.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to appreciate your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests appreciate the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.

We are confident that you are going to adore this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest. See you soon!

****** Please note that affective from now 10/02 through further notice the modest indoor spa is closed for renovations, but the pools are open!*********

Tips to get the perfect rental home experience:

Sticking to a spending plan:

  • Summer months are high season in the Myrtle Beach area. Reserve your rental in the Fall or Spring to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Booking websites usually offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.
  • Look for your local visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local articles, visitors guides contain offers and deals for nearby tours, shops, and attractions.

Filter your search:

  • Choose a designated group leader, choose your vacation week, and choose a maximum budget.
  • Note the number bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration you need. Direct Oceanfront King Suite with Gorgeous Views! Palace Resort 1501 - Sleeps 2 guests! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rentals search.
  • Precise details about bedrooms and bed types is generally accessible on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, reach out to the host before reserving the vacation property. Note that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds and bunks. You'll need to work out which bed configuration is optimal for your vacation group.
  • Visiting for a single event or attraction? If so, use a map search to locate nearby properties.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Make certain to ask about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
  • If your group is traveling with pets, you'll need to find a pet-friendly rental. Request details on breed, weight, and type requirements. Note that some property managers require additional pet deposits and fees.

More considerations for your visit:

  • Get the property manager's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your rental property.
  • Upon arrival, record any damages to the rental property and immediately contact the host. Keep records of all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
  • Hosts are great sources of help! Feel free to ask any questions during your stay.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will enhance your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are a fantastic source for finding the best local scenic spots.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Keep the property locked while you're gone! Don't let crooks ruin your holiday.
  • When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a fantastic vacation? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
