Elegant three bedroom, 2.5 bath home located just steps from the beach. Site 1150 is located five homes back from the ocean. Beautiful ocean view from the living room and deck! Unwind, lay beside the pool, and savor your vacation with the entire family. Ocean Lakes offers a lot, including a water park, indoor and outdoor pools, and a lazy river.
We have great year-round prices. During the prime season, we rent from Saturday to Saturday only. We endeavor to keep our home refreshed and in good condition for your enjoyment. New kitchen and living room floor installed. New living room and dining room furnishings. New big-screen TV in the living room, new bedroom furnishings, and fashionable Polywood furnishings for the deck.
The first level has a sizeable completely-furnished kitchen with new appliances. This entirely equipped kitchen has dishes, pots and pans, silverware, and everything you can think of to prepare a home-cooked meal. The living room seating includes a new enormous Queen sleeper couch and 3 more chairs for roomy seating. The dining room contains a table and chairs that seat six people. The bar area seats an additional four people. A half bath is down the hall from the living room and dining room. The master bedroom on the first floor contains a king-size bed and shares a full-size bathroom ( shower, no tub). The master bedroom has a sizable walk-in closet. The second level is accessed from the living room and contains two bedrooms, one full - bath (with tub/shower), and a full sized washer/dryer just off the hallway. One of the bedrooms upstairs contains one queen bed and a giant walk-in closet. The second bedroom contains two queen beds and a little bedroom off to the side with a twin bed in it:
There is also a gas grille available for use in addition to picnic table and an outside shower with hot and cold water.
Accommodations: Raised beach home on stilts with three bedrooms and 2 & 1/2 baths. There are beds for nine people and a queen sleeper couch that can sleep 2: MAXIMUM number of people 11! The security deposit is $500.00, which is refunded after departure, included the home is left neat and damage complimentary. If our home is left neat and passes damage inspection, the security deposit will be returned in FULL. Please allow up to 14 days for a security deposit to be returned.
The max. number of cars allowed is THREE. Of those three cars, two can park at the home, and the other can be parked in the overflow parking ( which is no longer complimentary); if you like, it just frees up space at the home to park the golf cart, grille out, or hang out and eat at the picnic table if desired. NOTE: OCEAN LAKES CHARGES RENTERS $15 PER VEHICLE PER DAY TO PARK. IF YOU UTILIZE EXPRESS CHECK-IN, IT IS ONLY $12 PER VEHICLE PER DAY. THIS PARKING FEE IS NOT PROVIDED IN THE RENTAL RATE! THIS PARKING FEE IS TO BE PAID DIRECTLY TO OCEAN LAKES UPON ARRIVAL OR THRU EXPRESS CHECK-IN..

LINENS ARE NOW PROVIDED IN THE RENTAL RATE FOR THE DATES OF MAY 18, 2024 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 6, 2024 ONLY! The linen package will be available outside of those dates at an additional charge, please inquire. There is one king bed, three queen beds, and one twin bed. If you utilize the new queen sleeper couch, then you will need linens for it as well. We always provide comforters/blankets, pillows, and bed pads. Paper products are not supplied.
TWO COMPLIMENTARY GOLF CARTS ARE PROVIDED IN THE RENTAL.. IF THE GOLF CART(S) BREAKS DOWN FOR WHATEVER REASON, WE WILL DO EVERYTHING IN OUR POWER TO GET IF FIXED ASAP! WE WILL NOT PAY FOR YOU TO RENT ONE FROM OCEAN LAKES NOR WILL WE DEDUCT ANY MONEY FROM THE RENTAL RATE. ALSO, YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE TO DRIVE THE GOLF CARTS AND MUST ABIDE BY THE STRICT RULES AND REGULATIONS IMPOSED BY THE HOMEOWNER AND OCEAN LAKES.
Ocean Lakes is a family-aligned campground. We only rent to families.. no teens, without full-time occupancy by responsible parents. YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RENT.
