The Magnificent Upscale Brigadune Direct Oceanfront Condominium Complex is located on a peninsula and overlooks the Atlantic ocean providing for spectacular beautiful ocean vistas. The Brigadune is located on the peaceful and esteemed Shore Drive, between Myrtle and North Myrtle. Just South of the KIngston Plantation, North of Marriott's Grandiose Dunes and directly behind the famed Dunes Country Club. This marvelous high rise complex offers the ultimate in oceanfront visiting with many amenities including an outdoor oceanfront pool (heated in Spring and Fall), picnic area, gas BBQ grilles, elevators, secure lobby, 24 hour on-site security and attractively landscaped grounds.

Walk out the door and onto the soft white sand of the most striking wide clean beach on the Grand Strand. Just a short walk on the beach is the famed Ocean Annie's an outdoor oceanfront beach bar and just beyond that is the Apache Pier, the longest pier on the East Coast. Miles of sandy beaches in either direction makes for fantastic walking or running.

The Brigadune is located on a secluded ocean front drive. The beach is not busy like other areas of the Grand Strand. You are away from the hustle-and-bustle of downtown Myrtle, yet if you want to go and savor the hundreds of other sights and sounds of this fantastic town they're just a short distance away.

The famed 'Restaurant Row' is located just a mile away, along with the new Tanger Outlets right around the corner! Just a short drive to Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach

Our cavernous Direct Oceanfront Penthouse Condominium (PHD) is exceptionally peaceful and offers breath taking vistas of the beach and ocean, has 4 Bedrooms, 3 3/4 Baths and sleeps 10. This Penthouse is located on the 18th floor and offers private restricted access available only to Penthouse owners and guests.

This Penthouse is the biggest and most unique Direct Oceanfront Penthouse in possibly of all the Grand Strand. This Penthouse was once owned by the legendary singer John Cougar Mellencamp. The massive 16' x 53' living room features a 24 ft. wall of continuous opening sliding glass doors which gives you the most breath taking oceanfront vistas on all of the Grand Strand. Please note that there is NO actual balcony as the ocean comes right to you within the luxury of your living room. This Penthouse however does feature a private charming side balcony for two with southern exposure overlooking Myrtle Beach, the Grand Strand and the famed Dunes Country Club.

The master bedroom suite features two entrances, one being double all glass french doors for fantastic vistas of the ocean. It offers a king size bed and private bath with double bowl vanity sinks. Bedroom suite #2 also features two entrances, one being a 6 ft. sliding glass door with fantastic ocean vistas. It offers a king size bed and private bath. Bedroom 3 has fantastic vistas of the Dunes Country Club and wildlife marsh. It offers two double beds and has access to a full bath. Bedroom 4 features a private southerly side balcony overlooking all of Myrtle Beach. It offers two twin beds and access to a private half bath.

A brand new marvelous additional huge entirely furnished Tommy Bahama style kitchen features lighted tray ceilings with unique double angled ceiling fans, Cherry Cabinets with nautical rope accents, under cabinet lighting, top of the line Granite Counter Tops, high end Stainless Steel Appliances including a double oven, a 3 door French style Fridge and Rustic Pewter fixtures.

The Kitchen Island features Granite Counter Tops, a Wet Bar with a separate glass Beverage Center, under cabinet lighting, completely outfitted accent lit glass stemware holders all wrapped with bespoke mirrors.

The Dining Room, Kitchen and Living Room are all sizable open flow areas, all with 10' high accent lit tray ceilings, nautical style crown moldings and each area with great ocean vistas. The sizable Rattan style dining room table and chairs seat 8.

The Super Sized living room with leather couches, features a enormous 60" LED LCD TV. The Living Room also features a unique Tommy Bahama palm tree Dinette table and 4 palm tree chairs for breath taking ocean side dining.

Conveniences include: All bathrooms are tiled and have Granite and Marble Vanity tops. Flat screen LED TV's, all featuring the Golf Channel and Spectrum Sports View Package and Entertainment View Package. , central heat and A/C, cable TV, Private WiFi, full capacity private washer and dryer, huge entrance entryway, great vistas from all bedrooms, the glass enclosed rear entrance balcony offers beautiful sunset vistas of the wildlife marsh and the premier Dunes Country Club (home of the Pro-Players Golf Tournament).

This Penthouse is kept exceptionally clean with tiled floors throughout. Sheets / Bath towels / Linens are included. There are Hair Dryers in each bathroom and alarm clocks in every bedroom. You will need to bring your own Beach Towels.

CANCELLATION POLICY
a) A ninety (90) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty other than the Non-Refundable $100 Administrative Fee.
b) Cancellations that are made within ninety (90) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/security deposit. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
